Booked a last minute trip to Panglao and this hotel was the only "decent" one available for a next day trip. Here are some of our experiences: A. Water Pressure Low B. Toilet papers as rough as a sand paper C. Asked the F&B manager to pack our breakfast as we were leaving as early as 540 AM to go on an island hopping tour the next day, his response was no and says that their experience with guests packing their own food was end up taking so much, I reiterated that they pack the food, could be a snack, a sandwich, or a full on English breakfast for all I care. Again, says no, and now says a different excuse not to pack the food. And says they can open the buffet 10 mins before we leave which is at 530 AM. For a resort to offer tours that early, dont think they planned them out with their guests convenience and retention. They'd rather have you choke on your food and burn your tongue with hot coffee or just get hungry. Not everything was bad though! Most of their crew were amazing and goes beyond their scope of work to make sure that you enjoy your stay. If you come and stay, don't forget to get a drink at their beach bar and look for "Sean" their female bar manager for an amazing Alona beach experience! …

good food, great place, excellent room... great for family and love ones...... room was very representing - like your living a Hollywood star, seeing the pool inn your room. with infinity pool fronting the beach... located at Alona beach where night life is..
One of my dreams is to stay at one of Hennan hotels. So happy that my first stay was at Hennan Tawala. They upgrade our room to Premium Deluxe for free! All staff was so nice and accommodating. We found our stay so relaxing. It’s not too crowded and noisy. Will definitely come back! #baliksaboholbalik!
Henann twala resort a excellent property A very big area with central located pool, poolbar, colourful fish pool with all around rooms Check in quick and rooms were ready neatly prepared Property ha well connected beach within the resort with electric vans for shifting to beach
We are 100% satisfied! Our room was upgraded from Deluxe to Premier for free! Our hotel view is very nice. We have 2 comfy bed. Food price is affordable. And the ammenities are complete. This hotel is recommended!
Our stay here was great that it’s worthy of coming back to. Only hiccup was the long wait for the room but they made up for it by upgrading us from deluxe to premier. Breakfast buffet was satisfying. The rooms were cleaned everyday even without advise. The staff was the best. They were professional, approachable and courteous. Even with masks on, you could see their smiles when they greet you.
This hotel is superb! The room we had was huge, clean, comfy bed and pillows. The buffet is amazing..The staff were very friendly and accommodating..The best place to relax and unwind. We love to stay here again next time.
My wife and i just got married last saturday, to celwbrate and have a quality time, we booked this hotel. Their check in time was 3pm which is okay but then after we checked, the front office staff told us that our room was not ready. So we waited for another hour and still got the same result. So after overhearing the staff that i was already angry(gesapot in bolanon language), i just told her that we'll just stroll around and just call us if our room is ready(in which i gave my mobile number). Hours passed and it was almost 6pm still no call so i asked the front office desk lady(I think it was the AFoM who was on duty) if our room was done, still after a call from somewhere she told us that it wasnt done and she will just transfet us to another room. I mean WTF, you guys couldve done that earlier instead of us waiting for hours. We were so tired to go to the room and did not enjoy our stay(by the way the direction she gave us was farther because the elevator was out of order) They did not even gave us or even made an effort to make an apology- talk about good customer service. So after that, we slept because we were tired. The next day had breakfast which was okay and then check out at 11(which is their "standard check out time") . But cannot check us in in their standard 3pm.because of a group beforehand - talk about double standards Hope this will have a wake up call to the management and try to have a customer service trainings and such(being a hotelier myself is a must) and realize that some.people spend money to make their stay worthwhile The rooms were really nice and since its close to alona beach and very accessible to other places. Which is a big plus, too bad if the check in process is still that way its much better if you go to other place…
We stayed several times in Hennan and it was terrific. We love the pool bars and a huge pool. This place have a front white sand beach that we really loved. The waiters Riji and Tom at the pool bar were lovely, they made sure we were attended when we needed food and drinks. However the last checked in was bad experience, we arrived at 7pm and the lady at the front desk said the room wasn’t ready. It’s surprising because the check in supposed to be at 3pm. Anyway we had to go out for dinner so we left without fresh’n up after our long trip.
