So the hotel itself is pretty nice, it seems fairly new and updated. I stay at a lot of IHG properties for work but this was my first time at a Staybridge. The front desk staff was excellent and they upgraded me to a bigger room which was cool. My main issue is the housekeeping

Response from IHGService, Guest Relations Manager at Staybridge Suites Lexington

Hello Brandon P, Thank you for leaving us your review and for making us a part your visit here in Lexington. We are grateful that you've chosen the StayBridge Suite to host you. As always, we wanted nothing more but to ensure your experience turn as positive as possible. Though it made me smile that you liked our hotel for being new and updated, I'm sorry to leave you hesitant in staying with us again. I regard your thoughts about the incident with one of our housekeeping staff simply walking in and what you heard when you heard that night. This certainly isn't how we've trained our staff and I appreciate you bringing this up. I'm sorry that this stay didn't go as perfectly as planned, Brandon P. Don't worry, I took the necessary steps to ensure our management gets to read your post and be discussed amongst all concerned staff. We are always on the lookout for ways to make your experience memorable. Reviews such as this goes a long way in identifying areas where we can improve. By the way, I can't help but also say thank you for the kind words you said about our front desk staff. I'll make sure to give her a tap on the back for being great. We may not have gotten off the right foot but I'm positive to make it better for your next stay. Once again, thank you for taking the time to let us know about your stay with us. Best regards, Frank A. Case Manager IHGService

The hotel is SUPER clean. Inside and out. I visited with my husband, 15 year old, 3.5 year old and our beagle. The pool is indoor and the pool area was really clean. We stayed on the first floor. I was worried about noise because my dog barks at hotels when there's a lot of

My 3 girls and I are from Lexington and this hotel was about 10 mins from our house. My wife was hosting a bachelorette party so I thought I’d take the girls out for the night. We checked in at 330 and the front desk staff was very friendly. The lobby and sitting area is very

We stayed at this hotel while picking up a horse at the Grassland airport. Great location, wonderful staff and very comfortable beds. Super clean and convenient location. I would definitely stay here again!

People make all of the difference and the front desk clerk at Staybridge Suites, Aiesha, went out of her way for us and really seemed happy to have us staying there. The room was a mini-suite which means plenty of room, a kitchenette, nice bath, lots of closet space and

Hard to see your outfit with no room to step back...
Bath vanity area a bit tight
Shower, but sadly no tub
The noise is going to come from INSIDE the hotel. There’s no sound insulation here, you hear EVERYTHING (stomping, dresser drawers opening and closing, talking, etc... ). Good luck sleeping. I had a stomper in the suite above me, stomped non-stop til past 2:30 am
