First off, the staff was great, especially the night clerk(she’s why I gate two stars). We got in around 11:30pm after having been on the road since 3:30am. We were so tired we just fell into the bed and went to sleep. When we woke up, we saw the room and we weren’t very happy. The toilet seat was broken and our son caught his genitals in it. The shower was filthy and had someone else’s hair in. The provided shampoo was half empty and the lid was rusted. The shower makes a very high pitch noise when it is on, it woke my family prematurely when I went to take a shower. The bathroom floor is very weak in room 311, as indicated by the stress cracks in the floor tile. The bed sheets had what appeared to be blood stains on them. Lastly, the room was advertised for $41 in a Google search, which I would expect the conditions of the room. We were charged $90.46, which I expect much better than what we got. As I said before, the over night clerk is the only reason this place got 2 stars. She was great. My wife had called around 11:00 to check availability for a room and the clerk held the room for us until we got there.…

Property was tidy, room was very clean, bed was comfortable, continental breakfast included breakfast sandwiches, waffles, pancakes, bagels, juice, cold cereal, and oatmeal. Staff was friendly and helpful. It is in walking distance to Walmart and other stores plus Maria’s Restaurant, a truly great place to eat.

The staff was very nice and professional. The facility was very clean and well kept. We stay there every year for our annual hunting trip and was there on the new owners first day. We were there last week when they had their one year anniversary and they still had the excitement in their job. Great place to stay.

Job well done and met my expectations. I've worked in Hospitality and I know what to look for. I pulled back the sheet to check the comforter to see if it had any rips or stains. Check the A/C and the filter was clean, toilets was very clean, and the room had a clean fresh smell. I have no negatives to share. If I did it would be nitpicking tiny issues.

If I wasn’t traveling with children and all that that entails. I would have made a huge stink about our room. It looks like they changed the sheets and towels and that was it. - They didn’t vacuum or I wouldn’t have had some sort of gummy candy attach to my foot. - They didn’t wipe down the appliances or I wouldn’t have visible greasy fingerprints all over it. - They didn’t wipe down the cabinets or there wouldn’t be black ooze and crumbs inside. - They didn’t sanitize or vacuum the wardrobe or there wouldn’t have been another guest’s pants in it. - They didn’t mop or there wouldn’t be another guest’s hair stuck in dried spilled soda spots on the tile. - They didn’t dust or I wouldn’t be able to write my name on top of the coffeemaker. I even request extra sheets, which the front desk promptly brought up, to put over the couch because it was visibly dirty. I’ve stayed in all tiers of properties around the globe, but no matter the price point, and especially during a pandemic, a standard level of housekeeping is a reasonable expectation.…

We stayed/payed 2 days at a time reason being we are victims of deed fraud an were forced out of our family home, so instead of charging us right there and then (lied to our face). On the day of checkout, we would decide to pay/stay another 2 days and get charged for 4 days! On top of that they charged our cards 2 times in one day both each for 2 day stays then again charging mine for another 2 day stay the next day! Their "folio" of what "they charged" is waaaay off and makes no sense compared to A BANK STATEMENT that clearly shows what was CHARGED and not "processing". After bringing this to their attention with our bank statements, they refused to even look at them stating they didn't care and it's our banks fault? Shortly after they told us to leave after asking WHY they took money "charged" out of my account at 4am on 3/23 for another 2 nights when i already PAID on 3/21, they told us to leave! So I'm broke because of them, they fraudulently took money without permission and overly charged our cards an instead of give back what they scammed after knowing they were caught in the act they kick us out?! WYNDHAM seriously needs to look into these 3 people who run this place they call a hotel and TERMINATE these fraudsters ASAP!!!! THEY WILL SCAM YOU AND OVER CHARGE YOU SO YOU BETTER LOOK CLOSELY AT YOUR BANK STATEMENTS OR LOCK YOUR CARD WHEN NOT IN USE AND MAKE SURE THEY ACTUALLY CHARGE YOUR CARD WHEN YOU CHECK IN CAUSE IF YOU DON'T THEY WILL DO SOME SHADY THINGS AND LIE TO YOUR FACE WHEN YOU START ASKING QUESTIONS! Nice place to stay even if long term. The staff is friendly and accomodating. The rooms are spacious and you are able to spread out. Parking is not a problem. Mexican restaraunt across the street is very good. Walmart is behind the motel. All within walking distance if desired.

We came for one night. The friendly staff made my time pleasant. My room was clean, freshly remodeled and i slept well. It's not the Four Seasons plush but it was perfectly pleasant. Breakfast was basic, Carmel waffles were a treat. Thank you
