We booked this room as a vacation mid point of a trip to St Louis. Desk staff was friendly and recognized my Hilton Rewards status. Room was clean and of appropriate size with typical Hampton amenities. Large crowd of youth and families staying for soccer tourney but noise was minimal. Bathroom was clean and shower worked well. Breakfast was typical Hampton choices of hot items. Staff worked hard to keep items filled with large crowd in the morning. Checkout was smooth. Many restaurants and shopping nearby.

This hotel is top notch. From the friendliness of the front desk when I booked our stay to the extreme cleanliness of the whole hotel, it was an incredible stay. The breakfast was individually wrapped, their was hand sanitizer and wipes readily available and the staff stocked our room with extra towels so no staff had to come in during our stay. Would highly recommend.

The place is growing fast and there are not any options to stay. This hotel is close to all main restaurants that are in the area and the value paid was well worth it. The staff was very helpful on all shifts *even at 2am*. Glad I stayed there.

This is hotel is a little dated. It looks like they are attempting to update the hotel. The pool was extremely cold and no adults attempted to go in due to the temperature. The room was average. With the TV frozen and would not work when we got there. I asked for help right when we got there but I had to call down to the night staff when we returned. The night staff manager was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with our tv and any other issued we had. The breakfast had some good points and bad points. We went down at 7:00am and the eggs and gravy was cold. Other than that the smoothies were great.

Family was in pool for short time like 5minutes and only went in a little. We only went in to knees since was so cold. Had chemical burns on my toddler! And other members! Had to wash off right away. Called 911. Mgt did not seemed they cared. Refunded one night and paid for medicine. EMT's stated they are called often for the elevator. This is a extremely poorly maintained hotel from hell! First room gave use had dirt all over the bedding and cracks on floors that could cut feet on. The lobby furniture is threadbare. I cannot believe that Hilton name is on the hotel! Disgusted by the entire facility

We understand the sensitivity of this incident and we can assure you that our team is wanting the best for you and your family. We will wait patiently for your response. It has truly sadden us to hear of your chemical burns from our pool during your recent stay with us. We deeply care for you and all your family members affected by this. We have taken the necessary measures by immediately closing the pool down and posting an out of order sign after hearing of your symptoms. We listened to all your concerns and we urged you to consider seeking medial attention. Upon hearing your hesitation over the phone we dialed the emergency number for you and your family. The safety of our guests is of utmost importance to us and we have proven this by reaching out to you several times to inquire of your well being during your stay. We promised to expense any medicated cream you may need to alleviate your symptoms and we have refunded your stay. Following this incident management looked into the pool levels. We ensure the pool levels are constantly monitored for the safety of all our guests. We acknowledge the seriousness of this isolated incident and we would like to deeply apologize again for falling short of a positive visit. Hotel bed, pillows, and linens were better than expected! nice. Staff was always wonderful and great service. Great location for work purposes but very few restaurants in the area which were mostly fast food and most were closed on both Sunday and Monday - need to travel 6-8 miles to get to other choices.

Our experience at the Hampton Inn Indianapolis NW/Zionsville was exactly what we expected from our favorite go to hotel chain. We were warmly received and recognized as valued Hilton Honors members, the rooms were ultra comfortable (I love the pillows and perfect weight of comforters) and the breakfast was substantial and offered in a clean setting. Our son was graduating from Purdue University, and this Hampton was an easy distance from his commencement ceremony!

Stayed for 1 night to get some much needed sleep while on a road trip. Check in was okay. The person doing my check-in was very friendly. When I mentioned we had a dog she stated that would be an additional $75 non-refundable fee. We’ve become accustomed to this additional fee but it’s typically been in the $35 range. This fee was never mentioned when I called the hotel directly when booking my room to ensure there were no weight or breed restrictions for dogs.
The room is very nice. It’s spacious and clean. Unfortunately the walls are paper thin and the intention of getting some much needed rest was not accomplished. We listened to doors slamming throughout the night. We had a “connecting” type room and we could almost hear word for word what the guests in the other room were saying. The traffic noise was quite distracting also.

Dear Trisha B, I do remember checking you in and I appreciate your honesty in regard to having a pet traveling with you. I too have a dog I travel with from time to time and I agree it's important to know in advance how much the pet fee will be in order to budget this in. Our team also understands how important it is for guests to have their pets with them when they travel. Our property will never have any hidden fees. We have all additional fees posted on our property website. We have chosen a $75 nonrefundable pet fee (1-4 nights) $125 for 5+ nights a max of 2 pets (dogs or cats). We can highly recommend staying here. It’s easy to find, close to many restaurants and restaurants. The staff are very friendly. Our room had an awesome view of a lake and pretty church. Our room was extremely comfortable and clean. Our bedding was so nice it was hard to wake up the next morning. We took advantage of the very nice gym. The breakfast was awesome! Many hot, and cold items to choose from. The next time we are in town, we will for sure stay here.

This appears to be a relatively new hotel with easy access to Interstate 65 and close to Zionsville. We were actually headed to Chicago but stopped to visit a friend who lived 2 minutes away. Chicago was only 2 1/2 hours away from this hotel. We couldn’t ask for better. Friendly staff and coffee in the lobby. They did have a scaled down continental breakfast due to Covid, however, tables were spread apart for social distancing. Rates were reasonable.
