Let me start off if I read all these negative reviews off here before booking I probably would not of stayed.. we are open minded people and I am glad we did stay..we only needed it for 1 night and when we checked in we were upgraded to a suit which was awesome since it was my bf bday... so we had an upstairs loft 2 king beds, pull out couch ( which was kinda ruff looking they could change that out) 2 bathrooms ( downstairs tub looked dirty but more closer we looked it’s stained) the water never got hot.. so a warm shower.. kitchen was nice decent size frig, dish washer, cabinets you can request pots and pans we didn’t need them..it has a electric fire place.. remotes are wrapped in plastic that they been cleaned.. We always pull top sheets back and check for clean/ bugs was good.. but mattress needs alittle vacuum wasn’t terrible.. if they just tidy it up alittle I think they would get better reviews... The down stairs bed was comfy and decent pillows I thought. They have parking right by your room.. Altos of choice to eat around and (The fashion Mall is about 25 min) must go!! And zaxby has good fast good.. Ford garage restaurant about 30 min so much to do!! All the lamps have plug in ( not usb) The girl and young bank at desk was nice and very helpful.. we didn’t have there breakfast we brought our own.. we stayed in building 2, (224) upstairs.. I would give them another try for price under $80 it was good for our 1 night..

I recently stayed at another Hawthorne Suites and had a good experience. So, when I needed to vacate my home for for a few days this seemed like a good choice. Lets the start with the good stuff. It is close to home. Rooms have recently been upgraded. There are 2 closets. Many food sources in walking distance. Now the rest: My toilet backed up, I reported it,& was handed a plunger. Of course refused. When I returned to the room, it had been plunged and the floor in front of the toilet was covered with brown spots that had not been there before....EWW!!! No dishes nor cooking implements in in the kitchen. When I asked for some, I had to ask for everything. There was not even a cup to make coffee with nor rinse your mouth when brushing teeth. The coffee carafe was in pieces There was no soap in the kitchen to do the dishes . The bath towel looked like someone had changed their car oil w/ it. The loveseat / hide-a -bed felt like it had been put in the room 30 years ago. Due to COVID breakfast is a grab and go. Their own sign states what you will be given. It is not what I was given. Only 1 hanger in the room. Poor lighting in the vanity. The people in the room above me tap danced. 1 bar of soap for the vanity and the tub. I don't like to wash my behind and my face with the same soap. It would be nice if there were a list of the TV stations available. Most hotels do this. If you are handicapped. The breakfast buffet is up a flight of stairs. Good thing I can climb the stairs.

Staff didn't follow directions with check in reservation resulting in major issues with bank. GM dismissive, uncooperative, and unreasonable. Pathetic given that I am a cancer patient, and my wife and I impacted by coronavirus pandemic. Worst hotel experience I have ever had.

Filthy dirty place! No kitchen supplies unless you ask for them. Dirty towels. Dirty floors. No wet bar as their website advertised. Employees didn’t care or offer resolution to cleaning the room, nor would they reimburse our money. NEVER AGAIN!

We look at the pictures online and were very impressed by the cost and the look of the hotel. When we got there we were very worried because the location did not look like a hotel. It looked like a location for a low cost motel. We were beyond impressed and surprised when we entered the main office, our room and the remaining areas of the property. There was plenty of parking and space for luggage and vehicles. The room was large, updated, clean and very very impressive. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen was sleek and the room was segregated well. You have a kitchen, a living area, a bedroom and a separate bathroom. Each room has an outdoor entrance and a nice patio to use. We did not get to use the pool as it was winter time but, it did look clean from the outside. The hotel is right next to several restaurants, stores and activities. There is a movie theater across the street that provides meals during the show. I also received a personal note from Management for being a part of the Wyndham program.

I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone. I attempted to resolve the situation by asking for clean linens since the blankets had chocolate fresh stains on beds along with pubic hair. Disgusting!! Also garbage outside of room that had urine all over it.

I am a regular at the Hawthorn suites as well as a Wyndham Rewards member and the way that I was treated here in the middle of this crazy pandemic was completely ruthless heartless. I am currently pregnant and living out of my car. I had my whole life in my room and had to wait on a help to lift all my belongings or have someone come out to the hotel with their bank card because I was waiting for mine in the mail. I couldn’t get back to the room by checkout and was told I would added to a DO not rent list! People fall on hardship but I am a regular and have plenty of money I was lacking the strength to grab my stuff and a bank card. I tried to pay once I arrived. I was told it was too late and I could never return. On top of all this mess I had the worst experience dealing with the very unprofessional and disrespectful front desk clerk Julie. I’ve never been treated so bad and talked to like trash as if she was not at work and doesn’t work in a customer service field. She had no compassion and was very ghetto! I will tell everyone I know to never come here. It has to be new management because I’ve never had any previous problems ever!!

I was pleasantly surprised by the size and nice accommodations. Definitely worth your time and money to stay here. Clean and comfortable bedding. The electric fireplace is very relaxing after working all day. I love having the kitchen to avoid having to eat out all the time.

Enjoyed the stay all staff nice and professional ready to assist in anyway to make our stay a very pleasant one. Rooms in the suite very spacious and clean .When I needed service it was quick and efficient. I will definitely stay again. Only one negative I have is dust on top refrigerator other then that minor complaint everything else was wonderful and clean. Can’t wait book again as needed.

This hotel is dirty, kitchen was not equipped with a single item. There were no cups for use at the bathroom sink. Not enough towels were provided. Broken glasses and debris surrounded the entry way. The pool area had chairs that were broken and had ripped cushions. Not a single staff person wore a mask even though there was still a mask mandate in that area. Can’t believe this hotel operates under the Hawthorn Suite name.
