Detailed Reviews
Older hotel with only interior rooms for Choice Hotel Members on the third floor, otherwise you on on the first or second floor exterior rooms. They can't keep house keepers so there is always no vacancy signs due to unclean rooms. I was worried about catching and bringing things homes. Only certain house keepers can clean the third floor, trust issues? Rooms on the third floor have drafty ac/heater units and the digital temperature don't work properly. Front desk people have a high turn over rate as well. Breakfast is typical Quality Inn, It's cheap for a reason to stay here.

The hotel exterior has been fully remodeled and looks great. However, the 3rd floor room we had, although apparently renovated, had several problems. There was an outlet cover high on the wall, next to the sprinkler, that was stuffed with facial tissue. There was a hole in the wall next to the heater, although we couldn't see daylight through it. The toilet wasn't adequately bolted to the floor, so if you shifted your weight, the toilet moved, too. The vent in the bathroom ceiling was loose, hanging by one screw. The ceiling fixture in the bathroom was paint-splattered and 1960s vintage. On the positive side the room was clean, the breakfast area was clean, and the breakfast selection average for hotels in this category. At check out the desk clerk did not ask about our stay..

When we arrived at hotel requested a ground floor, but were told only rooms available was on 3rd floor. The elevator was broken so had to use outside stairs to climb to 3rd floor. People were on stairwells smoking.Overall hotel had rundown appearance and linens looked grungy. Only good point was lots of restuarants nearby.Would not recommend!

My husband and son had a reservation for 3 nights on August 6. My husband was awakened early morning by a cockroach crawling over his face. He jumped up, turned on lights, and they were crawling down the walls and on the bed. He took video and even a live roach in a water bottle to the front desk so they could check out. The clerk refunded the last two nights but not the roach night. I called the next day and demanded a refund and they promised the $160 would be refunded to my credit card immediately. It is now 8/23 and I've made 11 calls to the hotel and have been given the run around. I did not want to write a negative review, I simply wanted a refund. I am currently on the phone with Choice Hotels Corporate Office and will dispute the $160 they are charing me for a roach infested hotel room. Very unethical business practices. Shameful and disgusting.

TERRIBLE! Booked a couple weeks in advance for an event, called the day of to check on the room and they said the room was no longer available due to "water damage". Someone else in my party had also booked there and their room was also magically "water damaged" so I'm sure they just sold our rooms for a higher price, leaving us high and dry. The place looked dirty and run down, so honestly I'm not too sad I didn't have to stay there. But finding another place with a big event in town was practically impossible, so if you book here, make sure your car is comfy because you might have to sleep there.

We made reservations from their website. The photos were of spacious rooms, modern looking furniture and they were having a special discount.
Opened the door and took one step in and froze. Gold bedspreads reminded me of some dirty old movie set...
No carpeting on the floor.
The furniture was old and on the “dresser” was a small microwave with about an inch of grime around the dresser top. Looked like a bigger Microwave had sat there and covered up the grime.
The door opened right into bed....
The lobby was nasty too,

Book a stay on the mobile app. Checked-in and then “Karen” said they don’t have a King bed and only double bed even though my reservation shows King and the Choice Hotels app still show King available. Also multiple rooms vacant because blinds are open. Went to lobby then outside to get to my room. Elevator broke and had to take stairs. Room smelled like weed but sign says smoke-free hotel. I checked the app and it still says King bed available. Went downstairs and “Karen” got rude and unprofessional. She put a sign up saying no vacancies but a lot of rooms vacant. I told her to check me. She refused. Demanded she check me out and give me a receipt. Receipt didn’t say check out. Told her I’ll deal with the situation in the morning. Hotel is horrible. Weed and smoking type. You don’t get what you booked. Staff are rude, unprofessional and uneducated.

This place should not be taking guest. The rooms (I had two) were incredibly nasty with drug paraphernalia in the chairs. Toilets leaking, beds dirty, food left in rooms from previous guest, and lights did not work.
A woman tried to purposely run me over with her car because she thought I was her “man.” Possibly the same woman was trying to get into someone’s room because she wanted to hurt them. Another woman stated someone she didn’t know had hit her in the face.
Steer clear of this place because it is unsafe, dirty, filthy, and smells horrible.

Customer service is AWFUL at this location!!! Elevator was down our whole stay and we were on the third floor, pool was closed and no breakfast was being served which was not mentioned online or was I told any of this when I checked in. When I checked out, the lady behind the desk didn't notice me for 3 mins because she was on her personal cell phone and then when she finally did and stood up, she wasn't wearing a bra and you could clearly see through her shirt and my 14 year old son was with me. I have been calling for several days to talk to the manager and was repeatedly told he wasn't there. Called back today and the same person answered and said she talked to the manager for me and nothing could be done and refused to let me talk to anyone else.

The reservation we made indicated the Quality Inn had a pool and free breakfast. It had neither. The pool was closed. And they said they didn’t serve bfast.
The hotel was dirty. Our room had someone underwear hanging in the shower. Which means they didn’t clean the bathroom very well before we checked in.
One bed did not have a comforter or blanket on it. When I went to the front desk to ask for one she literally said “luckily we have one left. Housekeeping hasn’t done laundry yet”. So not sure if she gave us a dirty one.
The hotel lobby and floors smelled. Our key card didn’t work. The toilet wouldn’t fill water. it wouldn’t flush without manual assistance.
In other words, this hotel was awful. Spend a couple of dollars more and stay in one of the many nearby hotels.
I called Expedia to get a hotel change. They put me on hold for 35 minutes and then the call got disconnected. Never got a callback. Terrible experience in all aspects

I believe a outdoor pool if I remember right. I would call to make sure though
I would contact the hotel directly. I'm not sure myself of any age limit.
