The beds were clean, the room had not been vacuumed, cobwebs in the corner, no hot water in evening or in the morning. Only channel on the TV was Channel 2 - front desk said their cable didn’t work very well and nothing they could do about it. Front desk not overly friendly at all. We didn’t eat breakfast because if the room wasn’t overly clean we had no clue what the kitchen looked like.

This was scheduled as a get away from home with a sister. I did not have high hopes as the hotel has had some very bad reviews. I will be honest though it was just fine. If you are expecting high end, do not go to a LaQuinta. It is exactly what it is supposed to be: a reasonable hotel. The staff were kind and friendly. The facility was clean. The location is easy to find. The bed was comfortable. Yes, the hallways, bathroom, and pool area were dated. However the decor of the bedroom was just fine. We were a bit surprised there was no USB plug in as the lamp (where you would usually find such things) is an updated one. There were enough outlets in the room. The bed was quite comfy.
If you need a very dark room get on on the north side of the building. The curtains do not seal out the light and the spot lights in the parking lot and the hotel across the street are quite bright. I was fine, others may not be. The microwave is on the low side if you have arthritis. Again, not a problem for me. The pool decor was dated - dark wood and poor lighting. However, it too was clean and appeared to be well managed. Breakfast while not gourmet met the need. It was hot and there was a bit of variety.
All in all no serious complaints.

Our room had styrofoam cups over the sprinklers in our room. Breakfast was horrible! Biscuits were hard as a rock and tasted old. Very confusing that the cleaning staff was also the check in ladies. Other than that, it was great

We were booked here through a tournament It took multiple times to get our key to work every time we tried to come in. The room was very small, hardly any room to move around the beds, it had a microwave that was completely inoperable and the toilet that ran every 5 minutes.the bathroom door was barley hanging and there was only banana's and cereal for breakfast The pool was COLSED and that's the one thing the kids looked forward to they should have told us that when we booked the hotel . We were not given any paper receipt or sent an email receipt after leaving this hotel is not wort $200 a night You would think with having new management that the customer service would be exceptional but this is far from the case.

This hotel is disgusting. The day of checkout I took the linen off the bed because it was soiled from my boyfriend spilling a cup of Ramon noodles. I could have left it like that, but I wanted to bundle the linen up for housekeeping, trying to make their job more easy. I had also got the dirty towels and trash together as well. The mattress was bloody and had urine stains all over it. This is Room 111! Hotel manager refused to refund my $200. I can not believe the mattress was still in the hotel. I complained to the staff and was told the manager Pinkish Patel would contact me. When contacted, Mr. Patel stated he can not refund me but will give a discount. He yelled at me saying he doesn’t know who stained the mattress. I had to yell back at him saying Me Neither and that is not my concern. I do not want a discount because I will NEVER stay at this filthy property again! Those are bodily fluids and I am highly disappointed and disgusted with this franchise. I set high standards for Wyndham, but this is totally unacceptable. Also, the carpet smells and the staff is very rude!

This is the WORST LaQuinta I have ever stayed in.
We reserved in the morning while traveling to Indiana. Requested a ground floor room. Upon arrival we were informed none available. By the next morning the elevator was out of order so we were left to exit the 2nd floor with all luggage and bad knees which was the reason for the first floor request.
Online the price listed for dogs clearly stated $25 for up to two pets. We were charged $60. We asked if we could just cancel and move on but the front desk worker could say if we could get a refund.
The room is in desperate need of cleaning, with dirt gathered in the corners of the bathroom, and lots of bugs in the light fixture.
Full disclosure, after writing 2 complaints and including the home office, the manager has now graciously refunded $23.58 for my inconvenience!!!
We expect better from LaQuintas and had planned for a 10 day stay but after one night we couldn't wait to move on.
Is this the new standard of acceptable under the Wyndham umbrella?

Fairly clean- non smoking hotel. We always stay at Wyndham properties We nearly always choose LaQuinta brand. This one is getting a bit “weary”. Lots of scuffs on walls , repainting needs to be done. Our room was clean, but the tub didn’t drain properly and the shower curtain had pink mold growing on the corners. Mattresses were comfortable, room was tight on space. Breakfast was served, but was not very good. Coffee was the best we’ve had yet in a LaQuinta. The front desk staff checking us in was very accommodating and kind. Pool was closed for Covid precautions.

Muliple stains on the sheets, foul odor in refrigerator, spider webs, stained toilet, and broken elevator. I immediately requested a refund that I never received. I eventually had to dispute the charges with my bank. I would not recommend anyone stay at this hotel.

We got there & there was a blue tarp on the roof. The gentleman who checked us in didn't talk to us, but just grunted every time you'd talk to him. Our TV & fridge both didn't work. The TV had to sit on just the right spot to work. The fridge he eventually came to replace. Towels & sheets were gray. We slept there because we didn't want to forfeit the $200 cost to stay there. Forget free water because they'll charge you for that, too. This is not your normal LaQuinta... seriously. It's like the Wish version of LaQuinta.

Checkin was fine. The staff seemed pleasant. We booked queen beds and got fulls. The breakfast was mediocre. The card readers on the doors were horrible; it took at least 10 tries each time to get back into the room. The AC was dicey.
