We learned upon check-in that our one night reservation for two rooms had been converted into a two bedroom suite because the location was sold out for that evening. The suite had two bedrooms that opened into a large common area with a full kitchen that worked for our family group and saved us money. All of the staff were pleasant, especially Omar at the front desk. The suite was comfortable and clean and everything worked. The overall impression is that this location could use a freshening up. That said, we had a pleasant stay and we would return.

My family and I stayed here over the weekend, to visit family. This is our first time traveling since COVID and it was a difficult decision on where to stay, but I am extremely glad we choose this hotel. Even with all the current restrictions, staff made it a great experience. They went above and beyond to make sure everything is cleaned and sanitized. They had grab and go breakfast bags available as well as coffee, but also were able to suggest many local restaurants in the area.We really are thankful we choose this hotel, and we will definitely be back when we are back in the area.

We stayed here for a tournament while in Indianapolis and we loved our stay. Rooms were great and location was easy to get to where we were playing. The entire staff was very helpful and friendly. Front desk everyday was very helpful even with all the changes and amount of families staying. Definitely will be back!

If I could give them no stars I would. We were in Indianapolis for a WNBA game I could not believe my eyes when my daughter was eating and roaches were crawling up the pizza box on the table. We were so disgusted and disappointed. When we called the front desk they gave us the run around saying that there was no other room available in the hotel and that they can come up and spray the room. Then we asked them to relocate us to another sister hotel they said everything was booked due to an event but all of a sudden a 2 bedroom suite appeared on their monitor. This is just insane I have stayed at so many top name hotels and never encountered a problem dirty like this. It’s just ridiculous that they tried to make us stay in the same room that they were going to spray chemicals while we were going to sleep in the room. They never offered to refund us the money we spent on the food that we couldn’t eat because of their dirtiness. We will never stay in a hotel near that area.

Hotel was meh, we stayed for 6 nights and the pool was down the whole time. (4th of July weekend, so disappointing) We were told it just broke and they were waiting for a part. When we arrived in the room at a quick glance it appeared clean but after looking throughly I’m not 100% sure the room was cleaned from the last guests. The TV in the bedroom would not work correctly, after the 3rd day of making requests for maintenance to fix it, someone finally came. The dishwasher was still wet full of dishes, food was still burnt on the pans, the room was not restocked with dishwasher tablets or tissues. The Dished in the cabinet still had food remnants and stains even though they were “clean”. The refrigerator made a terrible noise from time to time, the ice maker when turned on only sometimes made ice. I would request 3 towels on the app, but would only be given 2. I also requested pillows and blankets for my daughter(sofa bed), which I did not receive until going back again to the front desk. After walking back to the front desk it was apparent that asking for towels or anything was an inconvenience for them, they would give you only 1 at a time even when I stated 3 people were in my room. The people working the front desk were a hit or miss, some were helpful, others were frustrating. My husband started the dish washer by using regular soap and accidentally flooded the room. We called the front and explained everything, after waiting over an hour and walking to the front desk again the gentleman was so distracted it was like he forgot I called. After the maintenance guy giving us the correct soap tablets he did not return with a mop or anything to help clean up. We ended up using the remaining towels to clean it up and again needed towels to shower. The washing machines had a funny oder, dryers worked fine. Most of the nights we were there, there was a large gathering in the lobby until after midnight, glad everyone was having fun, but heard them clear as day through our door located on the other side of the hotel. Hotel was nice location and short drives to Walmart and IMS.

I first want to say I understand things are different because of COVID. We checked in Friday, the front desk lady was great. Being this property has pull out beds in every room, not providing linens is terrible. We had to sleep on a bed with no sheets because you can only request things between 10-2 mind you check in is 3. Not having an ice machine is unheard of in a hotel. Saturday we we went to request linens and towels- TAMMY at the front desk was by far the rudest hotel clerk we have ever ran into. We travel almost every weekend between basketball and baseball. We will be back in Indy 3 more time this month and she is the reason we will be staying somewhere else. When I say “we” I mean our entire team!! She was flat out nasty to us. Every person we ran into in the parking lot that day had nothing but bad things to say about her. The lady Sunday when checking out was very nice. Sorry to say- this property will loose a lot of business because of her.

Staying Monday through Friday in July. Hotel refused to clean room for stays under 7 days blaming it on COVID-19 policies when everything already reopened and another Residence Inn still cleaned everyday even in February and March. Called front desk numerous times and that said to leave trash and towels outside of room. Stay away!

Dear finalchesslover2002, Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback about your recent stay this week while you were here for work. I do apologize that the changes made last year regarding housekeeping was not explained in detail but the hotel does not clean rooms each daily but weekly now. I am pleased to see we were able to get you clean linen and other amenities while you were here. Again, thank you for staying with us while you were and for being a loyal Bonvoy member.

My husband has been staying here for business and my sons and I came to visit overnight. We brought our dog because we heard it was allowed.
My husband talked to the GM Tammy Coleman, generally asking her how much extra for the pup to stay. She went off on him. He was confused on how she was telling him. Basically $125 for a dog to stay the night (which is insane)
Anyways, he was trying to clarify with her on what she was saying and she got so rude with him. He kept his cool and left. She ended up emailing my husband's work, jeopardizing his job because he was out of line. She was out of line and very disrespectful for someone who is planning on staying here for a long period of time. I plan on contacting higher ups to report her for her behavior. On the other hand. Omar who was working the desk at night was fantastic and very helpful.

Ms. Morton, I am sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your one night stay with the hotel. Unfortunately, your husband's behavior towards the GM and staff regarding a pet fee is not tolerated at our hotel. We do not allow our staff to be cussed out or belittled due to a pet fee required to have a pet at our hotel. The pet fee is posted on the website and as you are aware explained twice to your husband, who refused to listen but yell at the staff. I appreciate your feedback and we have shared it with our staff.

When inquiring on an inappropriate and unauthorized fee, the GM actually raised her voice, refused to allow us to speak and would not consider taking charges for a pet fee (for a pet that did not stay in the room) off of our bill. We were both taken aback by how rude and unprofessional she was. There are plenty of hotels in the area to patron without having to deal with someone lacking hospitality, let alone kindness. It was a real surprise to experience this lack of professionalism and treatment in a Marriott establishment.

Dear Mr. Mitchell, I am so sorry to hear your experience during your last stay was not up to your standards. As you know that we do take the guest safety and hotel cleanliness very serious. We do charge the pet fee, that is stated on our website, to clean the pet dander from the rooms after each stay. We do have guests with allergies and want to ensure they can experience a safe stay. Thank you for your understanding in this matter and your loyalty to Marriott.

We really wanted a place with a separate bedroom and living area but all we could find was this place with a studio. it did have a full kitchen but its just one big room and you have to carefully rotate the tv to see it from the bed. Uncomfortable sofa. Several maintenance issues along with only decaf coffee in the room. Staff at check-in was distracted and seemed thrown by the computers being down. Not very helpful - too much of a hurry to join a friend at a table in the lobby. Not much of a breakfast selection. No bananas or normal yogurt.
