Great suite. Bed was super comfy plus room darkening shades let me sleep late. Just be sure the shade edges are in the tracks. Disappointed the pool was not heated, rendering it unusable & didn't love the breakfast. Very convenient location for all we needed for business as well as restaurants & site seeing. Very friendly front desk service. We won't hesitate to visit again.

The first leg of our journey from Ontario Canada to Kansas and we stopped here. This place is a small building close to highway and has a Walmart within 5 minutes and lots of food choices close by. The room was updated and the overall hotel feels fresh and new including the rooms. The bed was amazing! Very comfortable. The ability for us to bring our medium size Golden Retriever with us on this journey was the absolute icing on the cake! We have never travelled with our fur kid before and with this first stop, we were obviously a little nervous. The $25 pet fee was cheap by comparison to other competitors. There was no "pet deposit" either which was also a nice touch. Staff was friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone especially someone travelling with their dog.

Average motor hotel in an oddly deserted corner of Indianapolis. Convenient to I-65 amd I-465, but rooms have highway noise as a result. Rooms are a bit worn down, carpets have seen better days, the bed has been broken at least once in its history. Morning buffet "hot" breakfast was cold 3 days out of 4.

Stayed at this hotel on 7/6. I was impressed with how seriously the front desk staff seemed to take precautions against COVID-19. all pens were sanitized after use and social distancing and masks were used. However, the stay was ruined by an unclean room and unprofessional management. My coworker and I went to go to sleep and when I laid down in my bed I got a FACE-FULL of urine. I had to sleep either on the floor or with my co-worker! I asked to speak to the manager in the morning and told her about the issue. She neither apologized or offered any compensation. She only said she would "Have someone check on that." I had to ask her if she wanted the room number and she just said "Sure." I know I don't look like a super fancy person, and I'm a young woman, so maybe this had something to do with why I was treated so poorly. I guess just smell your bed before you lie down if you choose to stay here.

ffinnn, I apologize for the issue noted in your review. I have looked through the hotel reservations for the evening of 7/6, but was unable to locate your reservation. Additionally, my hotel front desk was staffed by men from 3PM, Monday, July 6, until 11PM, Tuesday, July 7. Antonio, Oscar and I, the General Manager, worked the desk over the times noted above. I was at the desk during the morning of Tuesday, July 7.

Came back home to Indy after moving to another state for an early Christmas with family. SO disappointed with this hotel! It was one of the filthiest I have stayed at in a long time, and I travel extensively across the country for work. There was what appeared to be be blood on the back of our bathroom door, hinge grease on the back of the same door, stains on the carpet, and some gross stain in the bed sheet. The fitness center was a nightmare with filth, a noisy elliptical runner, a flat balance ball, and electrical cords strewn everywhere. Wishing I could add pics to this review because I took plenty! I also had a run-in with the weekend manager when I told her I needed a tray to take breakfast upstairs for my husband and I because he was not feeling well. She said the hotel had no trays and did nothing to help me with an alternative except for trying to tell me a paper bag would work. Not very easy to carry multiple plates of hot food and 2 -3 hot and cold drink cups in a bag. I took what I could up to my husband in my arms and then when I came back down to get something for myself at 9:31, I found the breakfast area had been all locked up! Finally, the night front desk person decided it was okay to have a half eaten pizza in the box and a drink at the front desk. Not a very nice welcome. Following check-in, he never acknowledged our comings and goings, but rather kept his eyes on his phone perpetually. Horrible customer service. We will never even think of staying here on future visits.

Clean, bright and safe hotel. We stayed after a day visiting the Indianapolis Children’s Museum. Not a far drive and close to the highway. The room was clean and nicely updated. The pool was in fair condition but kept our young children entertained. Breakfast in the morning started on time and offered a nice variety of food. I would definitely stay here again. Great location if you are en route to Chicago.

This is the second time I have stayed at this location as my business travels take me through this area. Nice quiet hotel off the Interstate, places to eat, nice bar a two minute walk called Gatsby's. Wi-Fi is fast and stable, rooms are clean and in good condition. The staff I have encountered here have always been kind and professional. I will be through this area once again next year and I will stay here once again.

We chose to stay at this hotel because things seemed to be well rated elsewhere. The hotel staff were very nice, but the hotel itself was gross. The room had what looked like candy or something smashed into the carpet, which we later found was also on the window shade. The towel had some mystery brown stuff on it, the hallways had spilled liquid on the carpet and the tile. We went to the pool, which was unfortunately something we were really looking forward to, and the pool deck was disgusting, water was cloudy and there was a ton of hair in the water. The 2/5 is only because the staff was nice. We high tailed it out of there though and definitely wouldn’t ever stay again.

The main reason that drove me to write this review was the outstanding staff and customer service I received at the Holiday Inn Express. Alex was the most helpful people I have ever talked to. He not only provided great service on the property, but he also helped me find nearby apartments online to help establish my current living situation and had great local recommendations. He goes above and beyond for everybody and truly cares about providing quality customer service. Hotel was clean, breakfast was above average, and overall a quiet place to stay. Nearby is a Starbucks, pub, Jimmy John’s, and more that are all walking distance.

On our long drive cross country, we stopped here for the night. Will made our check in so easy. The rooms were extremely well kept and clean. Felt safe in the parking lot. We even walked to the local pub that’s right next door. The bonus is how pet friendly the hotel also is. Very impressed. Thanks for a great stay to ease my mind during long holiday travel during the pandemic.
