Bad parts: Would not recommend, only stay here if you are looking for the cheapest place. Drug use is rife. The whole place smells of weed and something I’ve never smelt before. My room also smelled of smoke, the rooms seem to be linked by a vent in the bathroom. There are also dogs barking all the time.
When I arrived my smoke alarm was hanging off the wall, I had to fix this myself as there were no maintenance staff.
Someone threw fried chicken at my door.
I came home one day to find a semi conscious man leant against my wall. Also lots of people hanging around in the parking lot sometimes having parties out of their trucks. Overall I didn’t feel safe.
The elevator was broken too.
Loud fridge and aircon meaning earplugs are needed to sleep.
Room didn’t get cleaned for the whole two week stay.
Good parts: The staff (what little they had) were friendly and helpful.
The room was clean, just had a bad smell.
Bed was very comfortable.
USB charging points on the bedside were great.

Our customary hotel choices were all booked, so we gave them a try. While the rooms are certainly clean, I just felt unimpressed with the facility as a whole. No ice machine - front desk advised me that freezers have ice trays (at checkout time, I didn't really have the time to freeze cubes for myself...). The parking lot was crowded when we returned at the end of the night and all the spaces were just a bit narrow. Housekeeping left towels and bedding lying in the hallway all morning.

While this hotel was clean and the bed was comfy, everything else was bad enough to outweigh the good. We waited at the front desk to check in and ended up having to call the number on the booking to tell someone we were at the desk waiting to check in. A lady, looking completely disturbed by our presence, came out a door right next to the desk. Our first set of keys didn't work, so I went back to the desk and waited...and waited, until my husband called again. The same lady acted like it was our fault. once we finally got in the room we were highly disappointed. The bathroom is at the foot of the bed, basically. When my husband had to get up early the next morning, I had no choice but to wake up too since the bathroom light was shining right onto the bed. The walls were paper thin and there was noise from others, highway traffic, and sirens most of the night. Breakfast was virtually non existent. They had bagels and butter. No juice or coffee. We were looking for a cheap clean room just to spend the night so I guess we got what we paid for but I would not recommend payig $10 to stay there. I'm not a picky person and don't usually leave bad reviews like this. I try to be honest about these things.

I recently received a copy of your review of our hotel. Our company prides itself on excellent guest service, so it was gratifying to read your feedback about our staff. I would like to give you my most heartfelt apology regarding the part of your stay that was not satisfactory. I am happy to be able to respond to you in this forum, as we never want a guest to feel like his or her concerns go unheard. I certainly understand your desire for more items on our "Breakfast To Go" menu, because as it is our current offerings are not designed to be a full blown breakfast, but more of an expanded coffee bar. We advertise it as just that, because we don't want anyone to be disappointed when they discover we don't have a full breakfast. Our typical items include gourmet coffee, bagels and cream cheese, and fresh fruit. I wish that we had been able to communicate better to you exactly what we offer. Let me apologize again that your stay was not completely satisfying, and assure you that we will continue to listen to our guests in forums like this one or directly (please visit our website and click the Contact Us link at the bottom of the page). I hope we have addressed your concern satisfactorily, and that you would give us the pleasure of having you as a guest again at this hotel or any other brand locations in the future.

This was my first time at an extended and after this trip I’m very hesitant to stay at ANY location. I would have rather stayed in my car. Trash inside and outside the building, the bathroom on the main floor was disgusting, room cleanliness sub par, had almost zero regard for covid-19 no masks on employees and large groups of 100+ guests from a bus crowded in the main lobby and a disregard for social distancing on elevator among staff and guests. Heavy, heavy odor of marijuana going up to the third floor I mean it just hit you in the face every time. The elevator worked fine but the door on the outside closed it off and they showed no intention of fixing it—and I only mention that because the stairwell we had to walk up was littered with cigarettes and liquor bottles. Also if you book a week stay and need to leave early don’t tell them because they’ll charge you more and won’t feel bad about it.

The room was huge. We only had 2 towels in the bathroom when I asked for more the guy at the front desk told me that they usually don’t hand them out. I explained to him that there are 3 of us and that I didn’t have a towel to shower. He finally gave me one and said that all the dirty towels need to come to the front desk so they could be exchanged.
The microwave didn’t have a handle on it so you couldn’t use it. It says full kitchen but you have to beg to get plates, utensils etc, It was easier to go to Walmart and buy them. The tub didn’t have a plug so you couldn’t bath.
The EXIT signs on the wall near the floor did not light up. I didn’t feel safe going outside or leaving the room. There was no cameras in the stairway, hallway, or even outside.
We were there for a baseball tournament and there was no ice machine in the building. The website says breakfast, There was no breakfast, When I asked the girl at the front desk she stated that their truck wasn’t coming in until Monday. I have been to a lot of hotels but never been to a place like this.
The website also doesn’t tell you that you have to pay a $100 deposit when checking in to use the Internet, smoking or phone calls but it says Free WiFi in the elevator???

Worst hotel experience ever. Keys did not work at arrival, when they finally opened the door the room smelled of cigarettes. Got a new room and keys worked but had to shoulder push door to open. Got a cut on my finger and front desk had no band aids. Breakfast (included) was a pot of coffee and a handful of mini muffins. Let (escaped) a day early! And two squad cars were at hotel entrance!

I booked and pre paid for our room on a 3rd party site. When we arrived they said the purchase didn't go through to them and I had to pay again and call the 3rd party for a refund. After spending the next hour trying to get that figured out I did finally get my refund. We got up to our room and it was a disaster, the walls were cracked, chipped and falling apart. One window was not even on tbe track, just leaned up against the track and the ither was cracked. The kitchen was dirty, floors sticky, bathroom door broken and dishwasher didn't work and was filled with dirty Tupperware and plastic silverware with mold on the bottom. Nothing in the room to accommodate a multiple night stay. The beds were basic and didn't have a comforter just a light blanket or a heavy sheet. The pull out couch had no extra sheets or pillows. The room smelled like mold and smoke. We ended up buying two air purifiers and febreeze to make it through. We stayed during the Indy 500 so most places were booked or we would have found somewhere else.

We got there a little late the heat was not working so we called the front desk he claimed maintenance was not available. To top it the next morning when we got up to get ready we open the curtains up to see the blanket full of bed bugs was refunded all my money back I will never stay at an extended stay ever in life so Disgusting the workers look like they all do drugs just not a safe or clean. When making our reservation here we told the desk clerk that we would be arriving after 1 am. Upon arrival (after 1 am - just as we told them) we were told that our reservation had been cancelled. We could only talk to an anonymous voice over an icky handheld phone. The man was rude, said we didn’t have a room, we were too late for them. And yes, we had reserved a room with a credit card. This chain will only be an afterthought to us in the future. We will not darken their doors anywhere in the country.

This is without a doubt the worst place I’ve ever stayed at. We booked our rooms way in advance. When I arrived, only one was available and they refused to both honor the second booked room or return our money for the single room. The room was clearly dirty. There were no pillows. Asking three times finally garnered us pillows. There were no dishes. The pullout couch was both dirty and did not have a mattress inside. People ran up and down the hallways all night yelling and screaming. This place is absolutely horrible.
