We had an amazing stay! The front desk staff were very helpful and kind. Matt and Tyler from valet were fantastic. Tyler had great information about the city and matt pulled the car around in record time. The room was very clean and I appreciated the extra measures such as wrapping the remote and sealing the room after it was cleaned.

I don’t recommend brides and grooms use this hotel for wedding blocks in the future.
Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable enough. However, our bathroom was small, we weren’t given shampoo -called down to ask about it and were told to go down to the front desk to get some. But our biggest issue was our shower not working. We called to ask about it and someone did come to check it out right away, which was great. He also did fix the shower so that it at least could work, and then told us we just had to run the water for a while for it to get warm enough to actually use. By a while, he apparently meant 20 minutes! So every time we wanted to shower or wash our hands we were supposed to let the water run for 20 minutes first.
Also, I just need to say that at a hotel like this, in this location, not having parking except valet for $40 per day is absurd.
Covid info: only a couple of service providers wore masks, even when interacting with guests who were wearing masks, and even when entering their rooms… even though there are #maskupindy and social distancing signs in many places.

My husband and I stayed at the Hampton Inn by Hilton for 3 nights. The staff was very welcoming, warm, and accommodating of anything we needed. We stayed in a King size bed and it was VERY comfortable.
The location is downtown so there is a mandatory $35/day valet parking fee.
They offer a free hot breakfast. We had a different breakfast each day and they ladies that serve were so kind and very sweet (were in tiwn for a tournament so they served many of us each morning). This is by far one of the best hotels that I've stayed in.

The friendly staff is the only reason I’m not rating this Hampton Inn location a 1. As other reviewers have indicated, the street noise is very loud. Motorcycles revving their motors on Meridian until 2 am in the morning. On top of that, there was an outdoor concert on the corner of Maryland and Pennsylvania that played until 2 am Saturday night. Thus, no matter what room you stayed in (we had 3 in different locations), it did not matter. There were white noise machines in 2 of the three rooms. Not enough to compensate for the poor sound insulation of this hotel. The other issues were worn out mattresses (you can feel the bed springs), toilet not completely cleaned, at the AC not working on floor 2 where the gym and food service is located.
If you don’t mind uncomfortable beds and ok with wearing earplugs to sleep, this is a great location convenient to bars and restaurants. Otherwise, I recommend not staying here.

Lovely stay for a quick work trip. Staff were attentive and the valet servicemen, Doug and Ross were amazing!
I love Hampton inn because the beds are consistently comfortable and staff are always kind and helpful.

i stayed at this hampton inn location for 2 nights and one of the best hotel experiences at hotel i’ve ever had and i stay at hotel quite often!! my stay started off amazing with great valet staff thanks to maiden and Fransisco andJack! then the ladies at the front desk were very friendly and helpful and professional! and to make my stay complete the room was very very nice! it was very clean and spacious and plenty of towels and toiletries . this hotel also offers a breakfast buffet included in the stay which was great and had a wide variety of choices which for someone like myself i’m very picky. they also have laundry room and it takes coin or runs off the csc app which was very convenient!!!!i highly recommend this hotel if you ever visit indy and need a great hotel!!!

Nice hotel in the remodeled Big Four Railroad building. Hampton did a great job and this Hampton has all of the usual amenities including an above average breakfast with an adjoining area that doubles as a great family gathering area for reunions, weddings, etc.
This property is exceptionally convenient to many very nice, varied restaurants within very close walking range. We felt safe including later in the evening.
The two parking lots that used to be free are now valet (including in and out) at $40 per night and you can access your vehicle at any time. Others mentioned security problems. Don’t know their particulars, just be certain that nothing is exposed. We have dark windows and dark blankets that cover everything and have not experienced any problems any where to date.
And last, but certainly not least, Andrew is at the front desk to make sure check in goes OK, Jessica is there at check out to make sure check out/your stay went OK and Jaylon from maintenance is at the ready in case he’s needed(he wasn’t).

The room could have been cleaner (there was a whiskey bottle on the window sill and the bathroom wasn’t very clean), the room had lots of road noise and party noise on the weekend, and road noise on weeknights that we weren’t told about until we checked in, the AC was also extremely loud, and the bathroom door wouldn’t close and stuck. There were only 3 small drawers in the whole room to put clothes. There was plenty of room for a chest of some kind. I asked for extra hangers and the person who checked me in said they didn’t have hangers! She said people usually only stay 1 or 2 nights so they don’t need many hangers. (We were supposed to be staying 9 nights but only ended up staying 4 because our granddaughter’s surgery was canceled. ) I guess they don’t like people staying too long. We did get some more hangers that night and then more were delivered the next day so I guess they did have hangers! This woman was the only rude employee we encountered. Everyone else was very pleasant and nice, especially the breakfast ladies. The shower was good. The breakfast was good. The ladies served us and menu was limited but much better than the grab and go. Location is great. Parking is $30 a night but we didn’t have a car. The loading and unloading area was not great and it was difficult to determine the front entrance.

Valet is $40, (we only stayed overnight) they do help with bags! I typically tip a few bucks when requesting my car. In and out privileges!! Hope that helps!!
Hello Chandler! We wash our duvets daily, so you can always count on fresh linens and a clean worry-free comforter.
Parking was $28 dollars a day. There was self parking in other garages, but I’m not sure of prices. I know the Circle Centre has parking but I’m not sure if you can park their overnight. I believe that price was $10 dollars max. Call tha Hampton and ask if parking is cheaper elsewhere?
Hello: It seems they have two or three lots, one directly beside the hotel, at least one a block away. Both open air, not really secure, just normal outside lots. We had no problems. Fees were probably $27/28.00 per day , a bit steep. Hope this helps. John
