Hotel's Favorite
Welcoming, helpful staff. Very clean hotel main areas & rooms. Beds are very comfortable. Quiet. The free dinner & breakfast were delicious. We had to book a last-minute stay for being in town for a work conference after our previously booked hotel claimed they overbooked and couldn’t honor our reservations for any of our three rooms. Very glad we ended up having to switch as we had such a positive experience at the Drury. Will definitely stay here again if needing a hotel in the area in the future.

I stayed a week here for a business training. I was absolutely blow away. The Hotel is top notch. Great food and amenities. Most of all the staff was phenomenal, the kindest hotel staff ever! The front desk was all extremely professional and helpful. All of them were always smiling and their attitudes were contagious. I was away from my family and was very homesick, but the Drury staff made me feel at home and at ease. Special shout out to housekeeping that cleaned my room daily, Maritza cleaned my room and it was spotless and restocked every day. I’m 36 and I can honestly say this was the best experience I’ve ever had at a Hotel. I would highly recommend staying here if you travel through the Indy area. Thank you Drury Plaza for making such a wonderful experience ❤️

Was visiting the Children's Museum and needed a place for my children and I. We are COVID cautious so needed a place where we felt safe while not breaking the bank. This hotel was a middle ground for us.
Pluses:
affordable
very clean
kind staff
food- breakfast offerings and evening reception
outdoor pool
free and easy parking
great location - right by freeway, many businesses, surface street drive to museum
Minuses:
poor room ventilation (no openable windows and high level CO2 readings while in room)
crowded food area during offerings
sometimes crowded pool (we utilized times when it was not packed - before dinner hour)

This was our second time staying in this hotel for sports tournaments. The first time was in the fall of 2019 and we had a pleasant stay then. The second time we were exceptionally disappointed. We payed way too much for way too little.
Let me just say, I understand that things are different due to coronavirus, but we stayed in 2 other lower-priced hotels in the same month that provided better service. Drury has completely discontinued room service due to covid. We had to go to the desk to ask for replacement towels. People were piling their dirty towels in the hallways for housekeeping to pick up. How is this more sanitary? The dining area was much dirtier this time and I used the stairs once during my stay and it was quite literally a garbage dump. If you are going to cut staff and services, you need to cut your prices too.

My recent business trip and stay with the Drury Hotel line meet my expectations. Located close to the highway, access to points of interest were convenient, however it takes 30 minutes to get to downtown Area. All of the staff was friendly and helpful, and room size/hotel cleanliness, was on point. Complimentary breakfast and dinner were edible but left much to be desired (perhaps the most disappointing part of my stay), but the snack amenities made up for the restaurant underachievement. In all, I would definitely return to this Drury location for another stay in Carmel.

Checking in at Drury is the easiest process of any hotel I’ve been to, so kudos for that!!
This particular location was clean from top to bottom and all staff we encountered were gracious and helpful.
Our room was very comfortable and well laid-out, and it was the best night of sleep we had the entire trip.
The complimentary breakfast, 5:30 kickback, and popcorn & soda are fun and yummy perks that are especially a lifesaver when you are tired from a long road trip and don’t want to fuss with leaving for a meal or wait to have food delivered.
Drury is seriously our favorite hotel chain now!! 🥳

Loved every minute of our stay, the hotel is very clean and has a lot to offer.
Breakfast is fantastic and so are staff members.
Worth a few extra $$
The beds are very comfortable, slept better then any other night on my 8 night trip, staying at different hotels each night. This was my favorite

This is a great, family friendly hotel. Our family was upgraded to a suite, which allowed us all to spread out and sleep better. The indoor/outdoor was really neat and we loved it and swam every night we were there. The hot tub was basically a small pool and it wasn’t overly hot, so the kids and I enjoyed it a lot. The fitness center was right beside the pool, and it had a good variety of workout equipment and always looked clean. The breakfast and evening snacks were fresh and had a great variety of kid-friendly foods that my picky kids would actually eat. The free nightly mixed drinks were a very nice surprise. The staff were all very nice. When we came or went, almost all the staff greeted us with a friendly hello or goodbye and a big smile! Sometimes they were busy with other people; everyone I made eye contact with always smiled and greeted us, from the housekeepers to the buffet cooks. This was my first solo trip with all three of my kids, and this amazing hotel definitely made it a great experience! We will be staying here again soon!

This hotel is gorgeous and it was nice to have an indoor/outdoor pool for the kids to enjoy. The hotel had a capacity of 60 people in the pool area which can be quite crowded. We enjoyed the kickback and breakfast. However, the main reason I give 4/5 rating is due to a hotel food service worker serving food with her mask pulled down. She was also trying to rush people through the line which only mad my children nervous to choose their food. She stated “we have a long line and need to go quickly. There are only 3 of us working back here.” She apologized for the king waiting, but serving food with your mask off of your nose/mouth and making people anxious is not good customer service. All other staff were pleasant and I enjoyed chatting briefly with Kai who made certain our stay was going well.
