Check in was fast, friendly, and easy. Our room was excellent and very quiet. Staff were mostly wearing masks and were always busy cleaning. The location is next to a freeway interchange and surrounded by many other hotels and non-retail businesses so it was very noisy outside (but not in the hotel). Walking around outside was rather unpleasant because of the noise and general ambiance of the location. There was one restaurant nearby with about a 3 minute walk but all other restaurants required a drive. The hotel provides an extensive list of restaurants. Wi-Fi was excellent but it was only a 2.4G connection. Breakfast was the usual scrambled eggs, etc. and they did not have any dark roast coffee.
The plus to this hotel is that it appears to be newly renovated (the rooms are very nice), well-priced, and has a very convenient location to the interstate.

Rooms facing the freeway...the windows had only shades which did not block out traffic noise. Drapes would have been a better choice for window coverings. Ear plugs were provided by hotel but were not a big help. With this exception the hotel met our standards for a Hampton. Oh, book early, hotel fills up quickly.

I stayed at this hotel unexpectedly for a conference trip. While the location is convenient, the proximity to the Interstate does make it noisy. However, it was easy to find and near some restaurants.

The hotel was in nice condition. It was clean. The room layout is a little odd. Not necessarily bad. Just different. It felt more like a small apartment. There was tons of space. It had a very large kitchen and living space. A separate bathroom with a sink at the end of the hall. A coat closet and a large bedroom.

The breakfast was nice but the space was crowded.

It was probably an average stay. However, the staff was very friendly and attentive. For that, they deserve an additional star.

The facilities, staff and amenities were nice enough, but the hotel’s proximity to the freeway is a deal breaker. To be fair, we did not ask for a different room because we arrived very late (11:00pm) and when we checked in, we freshened up and used some linens before I went to the window that “must be open”. Nope, the windows were closed - that is when we discovered the real noise level. We couldn’t even watch TV because we couldn’t hear it. If you decide to stay in this very unfortunate location, be sure to ask for a room away from the freeway!

Do not even bother with this hotel the location is crap it is right next door to a trap motel do not let your children out alone. This is not $120 a night room it's not even a $60 a night room the refrigerator was broke the microwave was non-existent there was water damage underneath the refrigerator and it was run by an extension cord to another socket seemed a little dangerous to me the pool was closed which they did not tell you that when you booked the place and then in fact that's one of the main reasons why I went with this place also because the word Hilton is attached to it in Hilton should be ashamed to have their name attached to this establishment they're under renovation but honestly the false advertising the pictures make it look beautiful even the rooms look great it's all crap from the moment you walk up to the place in fact I get there at 3:00 a.m. and I have $50 cash deposit only they want to me to put it on my card and there's no place for me to load a card at 3:00 a.m. and I have my three children out in thecar in front of the lot I'm staying for 3 days and if I was just given until 9:00 a.m. the next day I could put the money on my card but they would not let me check in still even though I prepaid for all three days over a $50 deposit. The guy at the counter was unhelpful the next morning whoever that was was completely unhelpful nobody seemed to care about my concerns about how I had to set up front at 3:00 a.m. with my three boys to which three drunk guys approached said inappropriate things right by my children's side of the car knowing I had the kids in the car cuz I had already mentioned it to him they were from the trap hotel next door again hide your kids this is not a family establishment this is a rundown roach motel save your money go to an extended stay those are nice rooms with friendly staff the only thing this place had going for what was the breakfast but that didn't make up for everything else that's for sure and I looked through a third party establishment so there was no way for me to get a refund oh and yeah I did finally get the money put on to my account I had to walk across the street to a gas station and as strangers to help me until I found somebody with an identical account that I could give them the cash and they could send me the money on my card overall experience not worth it at all disappointed waste of money dirty rooms broke down equipment no pool the entire place is crap

We spent two nights in this hotel. The front desk person did even offer us a goodie bag or thank us for being honors members. We didn’t realize that the room we picked was next to the highway and endured loud highway traffic both nights. Another couple told us that they made the same mistake but was warned and changed rooms, we weren’t given the same curtesy. We were told that there would be two options for bagged/boxed breakfast but the eggs tasted bad. The only nice encounter was the lady who checked us out.

This is an older Hampton inn. The hallways and elevator were extremely dirty, smelly and hot. This is an older Hampton Inn that is in need of a though cleaning in the common areas and some sort of cooling system in the hallways. That being said, my room seemed to be clean enough and appropriate.

While this hotel is above average in personnel and cleanliness, we found it hard to believe that the handicapped suite was located at the end of a long hallway with no handicap entrance down there or parking. The suite was cute with a full-sized refrigerator. We did use the lobby as a gathering point and Alana even cleaned it before we went down there. The breakfast was still a sack or box though the options in the sack/box were plentiful. Our air conditioner froze up and condensation left the carpeting wet but the maintenance man had gone home for the day and we checked out the next; unfortunate.

Ive driving 32 times across the US from Canada. I have never stayed at Hampton or its affiliates. I will never stay again. Outrageous fee of $75 per pet and an insulting fee of $10 to park in your lot which is outrageous. I did find accomodation on the road another night at a Marriott where they didn't charge for my second dog and I certainly haave never paid for parking. So you are off my list for ever. I will drive until I find a Marriott and never Hampton or your affiliates. Never see you again. I am appalled at these ridiculous charges. We travel the world and will take Hilton off our list. The Peninsula and Four Seasons are amazing.

Our room was noisy due to the Highway and the huge portable AC units that were in 2 rooms! A plastic bag covered the smoke detector. The cable did not work. They did move us to another room. The toilet ran, the cable didn’t work in this room, only one elevator worked in the entire hotel! The hotel needs updating! It was so disappointing.

I had no such issues, but recommend every traveler check the room for themselves. Sounds paranoid, but you cannot be too careful here. Google how to check for bed bugs.
