For the amount of money paid was definitely not up to par. The room was overheated had to keep windows open all night which caused us to wake up completely stuffy. The pool was freezing also very over crowded. The elevator broke during visit with my back problems hard to walk up and down stairs. Just overall not happy everytime went to go speak with someone there was a sign up saying they'd be back and helping another customer but was alot so I don't know maybe they need more than one person on a shift.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re very sorry to hear about your recent experience. This does not reflect the standard of service that our guests deserve. It is unfortunate that a guest had damaged the elevator recall button on the first floor, we were able to get it fixed as soon as we could. The pool is heated and maintained at 84 degrees. We hope that you would choose us again so we can amend this experience you faced the next time you are in the Schaumburg area.

I hate that I paid almost $300 for a room that smelled like it had pets staying in it prior to my stay. The hotel never mentioned that it was a pet friendly hotel especially in a while in king jacuzzi suite it said no kids were allowed in the room but I guess that didn't mean pets very disappointed

We are a pet free hotel. However, the guest that was in the room prior to your visit had a certified service animal that could perform specific tasks for their owner's safety. We do not allow pets at this location. If non service animals are brought, the guest will face a $150.00 charge to their room. We apologize that there was a lingering scent, but we cannot discriminate against anyone with a service animal.

Really good place too stay , clean safe and satisfying , the room was really nice , the hallways were calm and not a lot kids running around, had very good time , a lot of close restaurants and mall that’s right down the street
