I had booked this property via a third party site which turned out to be nutty BUT the folks at the hotel helped rectify the situation. (And I learned that it is just better to book directly.) With that said, I was AMAZED at how clean my room was. It just wasn't COVID clean but it was white glove tested clean. Everything from my bathroom to my super fluffy bed looked like it had never been used before. (I was told Norma was the woman in charge of this awesome job so big props to her!) The hotel was quiet and you didn't hear your neighbors at all. And for being as hot as it was the days I stayed, my room stayed refreshingly cool. The location near Woodfield is close enough to go do stuff but not really within walking distance if you wanted to just run out for a cup of coffee. I didn't partake in their breakfast. I really have no complaints and would surely put this on my list of places to stay when I'm in the area.…

Excellent service at the front desk. John, who served me both days in the cafe was fantastic. He personality, getting order correct both days and attention to me the customer and details was very good. Overall expos excellent and I will definitely go back
