Our friends were visiting Chicago from Los Angeles for a long weekend and were staying at this hotel. We wanted to spend a day with them, so we drove from Indianapolis to Chicago to stay at the same hotel. We arrived well before the established check-in time and went up to the front desk to request a room closer to our friends. The girl at the front desk (I really wish I had gotten her name) was the sweetest person! She was super friendly, very helpful, and even engaged our 5 year-old in conversation. She essentially completed our check-in for us and then took my phone number, stating that she would call when the room was ready. It was not even two hours later that she had called that our room was ready. Since we were out with our friends, we didn't return to the hotel until a few hours later. There was a gentleman at the front desk this time who was every bit as friendly and helpful as the young lady earlier in the day. We obtained our keys and entered an extremely clean room, which was no surprise to us as the lobby was very well maintained as well. This is probably one of the cleanest hotels we have ever stayed at as there was not a sign of dust or dirt anywhere. We loved the coffee and fruit infused water in the lobby 24/7, as well as the lobby bar. After putting our 5 year-old to bed, we hung out in the hallway for a quiet conversation with our friends. There was hardly anyone around and we could not believe just how quiet the hotel was as a whole. We always travel with a sound machine, but probably would not have needed it. We had plans to go out to breakfast with our friends the following morning, but I went down to the breakfast area to grab some fruit as a morning snack. There was a nice variety of food, and I found many things that I could eat, despite my gluten and dairy allergies. The parking lot seemed small at first glance, but surprisingly, we never had trouble finding a parking spot. We absolutely loved this hotel for its outstanding service and cleanliness and would not hesitate to stay there again!

In the midst of a horrible Chicagoland blizzard we decided to stay overnight. My partner and I thought the other booked a reservation, after speaking with Maria by phone who gave us all the details. Upon arrival neither one of us actually made the reservation and Maria had left. Sara said no problem and went over the details and upon knowing we had AAA membership and Hilton Honors offered us a beautiful large studio. She listened to all our needs and the room was perfect. It was immaculate and large and impressive. Also they offer a scaled down hot breakfast not a cold bag to go like most other hotels during Covid. The hotel is beautiful in decor. Parking is $18 but we believe that is a Rosemont rule not the fault of the hotel. Thanks to Sara we were able to relax and be comfortable and safe in the snowstorm.

While a Hampton in is far from a “fancy” hotel, this hotel does everything right. Room was very clean and comfortable, looked fairly new, everything worked well in the room. The “limited” breakfast (due to COVID) still had the basic hot and cold dishes with staff serving the latter. The lobby area was very pleasant. All staff wore masks, although a number of guests did not, and all of the staff were very pleasant. The location is fairly convenient, there are several restaurants within a 10 minute walk, along with a 7-11, a liquor store and a fedex shop (I used all 3). The digital key was a little flakey but that might have been my phone.

Final night stay before flying home at the end of our tour. Booked because of proximity to car rental drop off and outlet centres both of which are a very short distance away. We killed a few hours at the outlet centre prior to our flight.
The room allocated was clean and comfortable. The bathroom had clean lines and a roomy shower with wall mounted dispensers for in shower use. Plenty of clean towels were provided. The room was well sound proofed so the noise from the nearby airport was not troublesome.
Breakfast was included and consisted of standard Hampton fare; hot choices, cereals, bagels, yoghurt and fruits plus pancake maker. It was perfectly adequate. The breakfast room was well laid out and the area felt clean and was not over-crowded.
Parking was free. We noted as we were waiting to leave the hotel after a late check out that the airport shuttle bus was very punctual and frequent had we required this.
There are several big chain restaurants across the busy road from the hotel.
This hotel served the purpose we required well and we had no complaints about it.

The Hampton Hotel in Rosemont is a great hotel to stay at if you have to travel out of Ohare Airport or have any business to do in the Rosemont area. The staff offered great customer service. The rooms were clean. The free full breakfast offered something for everyone from waffles, omelets yogurt to a simple bagel and cream cheese or a Danish. Complimentary tea and coffee all day. Swimming pool and fitness room and a delightful patio that is open 24 hours.
The hotel is minutes from The River Casino and the Fashion Outlet mall.
I would highly recommend it for family or business travel. Overall, I would say great customer service, food and price.

I stayed here as I had an overnight layover in Chicago before a transatlantic trip. This Hampton Inn is super clean with comfy beds, but these aren't even its biggest assets!
Duty Manager, John Walsh, went above & beyond the call of duty when I had a terrible experience with a local eatery. I ordered dinner on a local restaurant website just over an hr before closing & requested delivery. Apparently, there was a tech issue & the third party delivery service never arrived to collect my order. The restaurant was closing & the restaurant manager said their hands were tied - I was going to have to pay for my order ($90+) without getting my order. I requested a refund & the manager then hung up on me.
I decided I would dispute the charge & find out from reception if there was another, more reliable, place to order food from. John was the Duty Manager at reception & when he heard my story, I think he was as upset, or more, as I about my experience. He phoned the restaurant &, after much back & forth with the resraurant manager, managed to get a re-fire on our order after the restaurant closed! I've never experienced such above & beyond service in the hospitality industry (& I worked in this area for 6 years overseas) & would not even expect anything like this during a pandemic! Hilton is super lucky to have such an asset like John Walsh working for them! Keep up the fab work, John :)

This hotel was one of the best I’ve stayed in recently. Our check-in was great with Ariana. She could tell we had a very stressful day, and comped our parking to help us with the stress. She was very kind. The front desk also gave my daughter a Band-Aid and antiseptic cream after she had a small cut. I can’t praise the front desk at this hotel any higher. They were the best. The parking is great here. There is parking in front of the hotel and in the garage. The room was great. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. The shower was amazing. I thought the room was wonderful. The swimming pool was very warm and the hot tub was great. I have nothing but praise for this hotel him Rosemont.

Flight at O'Hare got cancelled due to weather late at night. Needed a place to sleep for a few hours until our morning flight. Many hotels near the airport were completely booked. Spoke to Sara at the front desk who was very helpful in securing a room for me after someone had just cancelled. She went the extra mile to make sure an extra bed was brought to the room. Rooms appeared to be newly renovated. Free shuttle from and to the airport was prompt and the complimentary breakfast was one of the best I've had at a hotel like this. I highly recommend.

I chose this hotel based on reviews. The hotel is indeed good for families. The lobby is cozy and the staff are very welcoming and helpful.
This is not my first time in Chicago and the hospitality in Hampton is quite different. The reception staff are very friendly especially Angela.
The room is just enough for us. The beds are really good and they provided us 8 pillows although they are too soft for our taste. I especially love the bathroom floor.
This hotel offers complimentary breakfast. The waffles are mouthwatering considering that they are fresh because you have to make them yourself. The reception was also kind enough to let us leave our bags at their storage since our flight was still in the evening. They also have round the clock free hot coffee and tea.
Its also accessible.
I will definitely come back to this hotel when I pass by Chicago again.

Impressive free breakfast included 3 types of pressed juices & 2 types of yogurt smoothies. Much better than average free hotel breakfast bar. The room itself - very contemporary decor - nicer than average Hampton Inn. Well lite room with lots of electric outlets & USB outlets. Room had safe, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, hair dryer, iron, coffee maker, mini frig. Overall roomy and quiet. Exercise room

I am very sorry but I do not know the answer to your questions. We took a taxi from the airport. When we required transport from the hotel to collect our hire car, the hotel front desk were very helpful in arranging. If you gave the front desk a call they may well be able to help you with your enquiries.

It’s on a fairly busy road, Higgins I think.
But, we walked across that road for dinner at Moretti’s and we lived to write about it, no issue!
We phoned the hotel and they told us its ETA it also doubles up for a Hilton hotel so its kept busy, as I mentioned in my review our shuttle back to the airport was full so they paid for a taxi.
It's about 15 minutes walk to Rosemont station where you can catch the CTA train into Chicago. Or you could use the free hotel shuttle which takes you to the airport where you can catch the train. The shuttle runs 24/7 every half hour.
Yes there is plenty of parking but you have to pay for it. The hotel will advise rates.
