We stayed here for the weekend on a Friday night through Sunday morning. The check in process was very smooth and the staff was kind and approachable. They did not hesitate to help us at all. They were even apologetic when they mentioned their $30 fee because some guests just don't read the fine print and miss it. I read about it on the website prior to my stay so I was aware of it. They also charge $25 per night for parking in their shared ramp and they were sure to let me know that the ramp does get checked on regularly over night to ensure we are parked in the correct spots. Our room was spacious enough for our family of 4, 2 kids under 2 and 2 adults. We had a king sized bed that felt like it would be comfortable but ended up being too firm for us and we woke up with achy backs. The location of this hotel is right off the high way and 30 minutes from downtown and other areas with tourists. We wished they didn't have a cap time on their check in (3pm-midnight) as we were driving from Northern Wisconsin and really had to book it to get there on time to check in.

I stayed here for a week last month on a business visit. The hotel has a shuttle from O'hare, a phone call is all it takes to schedule a pick up. Internet was fast & reliable. Breakfast was included in my package, and on some days there was a buffet, while on other days the choice was from their breakfast menu - an entree, a juice & coffee. The TV in the room had chromecast built in, and all i had to do was cast programmes from my phone - pretty cool

I chose this hotel based on location. Chicago scares ordinary people so I wanted to stay in a safe area. However, the staff was not one bit interested in my well being or safety. Within five minutes of entering my room, someone in the room next to mine was already tapping on the wall. It went on for a while, these people don't take no for an answer. I went to Jasmin and asked for another room. She sent me to a room that had an interconnecting door to another room. I explained I did not feel safe in those. I returned to my original room. The misguided soul continued the wall tapping, which followed me as I moved around my room. I went to Jasmin again and asked for the room behind the ice machine. She said it was not available but sent me to another floor. I said if I heard more noises, I would continue to move. In the new room on a different floor, I did not hear any tapping until morning when the repulsive shenanigans started all over again. Isn't it repulsive to be in the bathroom - regardless of what you are doing there - and have some stranger in another room follow you there? Someone who wants to sell you things you have absolutely no use for? And parking your car at the hotel parking lot is exorbitant!

The hotel is may be a little bit older, but I loved how quiet it was, and everything in the room was great. Especially, water pressure in the shower was amazing! I wish it was that good in every hotel!
Breakfast (free for Globalists) may not be a fancy buffet, but I thought the breakfast sandwich the ladies made for me was absolutely amazing. Coffee was good, too!
Parking in the adjacent garage was convinient (and yes, Globalist on award stay gets it comped!)
I drove myself to O'Hare, it took about 8 minutes. There is also a limited hours shuttle provided by the hotel.
Breakfast (free for Globalists) may not be a fancy buffet, but I thought the breakfast sandwich the ladies made for me was absolutely amazing. Coffee was good, too!
Parking in the adjacent garage was convinient (and yes, Globalist on award stay gets it comped!)

Bathtub had old hair in it and when I notified the front desk they did absolutely nothing. The front desk lady was nice but she didn’t solve the hair

Housekeeping staff was extremely friendly and helpful! Front desk at check in was helpful, insightful about breakfast accommodations and confirming trip details. I stay at this hotel for six nights and enjoyed my stay overall. I was thrown off I believe the fourth night where I returned back to my room to neither of my two keys working and needed to ask for a new one. I was not charged for new keys and the staff was quite helpful and told me sometimes the keys malfunction. On my last full day staying at the hotel I stepped out of my room and someone from the housekeeping staff asked if I was checking out that day and I stated I would be staying one more night per my reservation. I thought nothing of it and no one else had said anything to me. Well my last night at the hotel I had to wake up at 7 to head for the airport to catch my flight giving myself enough time to sleep through the night and not rush in the morning. My hotel room phone had began to ring at 3:30AM and woke me up from my sleep. The phone had a different room number and at first I was not going to answer because I was half asleep however I did not want anything to be wrong. I answered and was spoken to in a rather rude way however I was just woken abruptly. The individual at the front desk had stated " We have been generous and allowing you to stay an extra night but need you to kindly exit the room" in astonishment I asked frankly " You want me to pack my bags and leave right now?" and he responded "Yes". I was extremely confused however became awake enough to check my confirmation email for my stay and I indeed had booked my room to check out that morning around noon. I became extremely annoyed and irritable. I got dressed and walked downstairs to the front desk where no one was. I waited until I saw a gentlemen walking by and asked if he had called my room. At first he seemed confused and then stated no he did not call my room. Then later confirmed he did. I showed him my confirmation email and gave him the number and all he had to say back was the computer says differently but he can let it "slide". I did not receive an apology whatsoever. I went back to my room and could not fall asleep therefore was an extremely long day. When I did check out around 7am the women was kind who helped me and I explained the situation. She as well did not apologize for situation or made me feel valued for being upset with what had occurred. With the exception of this situation I did enjoy my stay.

Great hotel! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was nice and clean. It’s less than 10 minutes from O’Hare and there’s even a shuttle which runs every 30 minutes making travel very convenient.

This is a nice hotel with spacious rooms. The room was clean although not great at blocking sound–we clearly heard other rooms running water (showers, sinks, etc.) as if it was in our room. The sheets on the bed weren't large enough to cover the bed fully, which was odd and slightly uncomfortable for someone on the taller side as I could feel where the sheet ended and mattress began. The bed was comfortable and temperature was easily regulated. The reception is large with a kitchen/food bar and plenty of seats to dine or lounge in. The receptionists were all friendly. There is also a detached parking garage just a few steps away with several levels, stairs, and an elevator.

there is a large two store parking deck adjacent to the hotel,
ample parking, I would call the hotel directly to make arrangements.
Sorry I can’t answer the question . Call the hotel directly. They were very helpful when I had airport transfer questions. I assume you mean a train or L station ? The airport is only 7-8 min away in the free hotel shuttle . I walked around the area quite a bit and did not see a train station
