Excellent hotel. Park and Fly package was amazing for our vacation to Mexico - especially in January (covered parking = HUGE WIN). Our room was spacious for a family of 4, and the staff even allowed us to check-in a few hours early because of a nasty snow storm. Shuttle to and from the airport was a total breeze. Beds were really comfortable too. Super quiet hotel despite being so close to the airport. We will absolutely use this hotel in the future when travelling out of O'Hare. Thanks for a great stay.

The shuttle comes very frequent to pick up from the airport at intervals of 15 minutes. The shuttle goes from the hotel to the airport every at the bottom of hour and 30 minutes after. Once onboard the ride to the airport is 7-10 minutes. Parking is available at no cost.
Hotel is waking distance to the new rental car center at just a five minute walk.
The hotel was clean as were the rooms. The carpet looked a little worn in the room but everything else was in order. The bed and sitting chair were comfortable and the shower was hot. The large desk, microwave and fridge were nice as well.
Not many restaurants are around the hotel but they have a moderately priced restaurant in the lobby called Harry Caray’s, the famous Chicago Cubs Baseball Announcer. They serve everything from burgers to steaks and have a full bar.
The hotel has a food pantry where frozen foods, candy, and other snacks can be purchased.
There is no pool but there is a fitness room. The room had free weights, two treadmills, two elliptical machines and a bike. They also had a pulley machine with weights.
At the time of my stay was during COVID19 so the fitness room was closed as was the restaurant in the lobby. Food options are best through Uber or Grub Hub.

My friend had an early flight from O'Hare. Rather than driving two hours that morning we stayed here the night prior. The fact that the room had two separate sleeping areas afforded us each privacy, which was great.
We didn't really have time to hit the town that night, but it was nice to duck into the lounge at Harry Caray's steakhouse for a drink and to check out the sports memorabilia, including the infamous Steve Bartman ball.
The hotel itself doesn't serve breakfast, but the adjoining Harry Caray's restaurant does, at about $12 a person.
The $21 parking fee seemed quite steep but I imagine they couldn't keep vehicles out of their lot otherwise.
All in all, a good stay. The hotel staff were super friendly, courteous, and helpful, as were the shuttle driver and the security guard. Wonderful! Bar staff were pretty good, some of them excellent. Breakfast staff - enh!

Holiday Inn & Suites O'Hare Rosemont is not only convenient to the airport ( a big plus! ) but the rooms are very clean and have been recently updated. They have a lot to offer with Harey Carey restaurant onsite starting with a hearty delicious breakfast and a waiter to provide awesome breakfast service and lets not forget the tasty cuisine later in the day. The rooms are competitive and reasonably priced and the hotel offers free shuttle service to and from O"Hare. I will stay again.

The room is spacious with full amenities and a complete kitchen set. The laundry facility, washer, and drier are free to use except you have to provide your own detergent. The staffs are friendly, however, no breakfast is provided.

Stay here because the company I work for has a contract with them. Hotel has gone downhill the last few years. Have found mold on ceiling, rooms that smell of cigarette smoke and some rooms just stink. Lady at the front desk didn’t even know where a plunger or screw driver was to get my bathtub drain unstuck from the down position. Had to stand in water when I took a shower and then scoop it out with my ice bucket so my wife could shower. This was all after I was given the room next to mine to move to because of the drain. The room I was given smelt so bad of cigarette smoke so I just declined the room. They have all this covid 19 stuff in the lobby but hey come stay in our stinky, smelly rooms. Ridiculous, so tired of this hotel. Only positive thing is the shuttle drivers, those guys get it done.

A a coworker of mine did not get as lucky as I did. Her room had stains on the floor and it looked like blood. She had to wear shoes in her room because she had no idea what was on the floor. My room smelled like Marijuana the entire time. I was there for a work class. The last think I want to smell, and smell like is Marijuana. This was extremely disappointing. And no lotion in my room. Had to ask for lotion and get it. It was inconvenient. And multiple issues trying to get the incidental card on the file. They did not inform us in advance that they charge an additional $50 every night just for incidentals and did not inform us as to when the money would be placed back on the card. Tv constantly had issues. Constant "no signal" errors on the tv.
The restaurant was amazing. Fantastic food, professional and friendly staff, followed covid guidelines. I would give the restaurant 100/10! Yes, it was that good, and food that amazing!

Very disappointed with the overall service. Lack of cleaning the room was very apparent. There was shampoo and other items left in the shower. Several drawers had items from other guests. When we called for the shuttle we waited for 45 minutes. If the driver had left (it was 8:31) why didn't the person on the phone call on the radio and notify him? He he the second time we called. At the very least inform us the driver would not go to the International terminal until his next run. That way we would not have had to stand outside in the cold in light jackets so long. In addition it would have been nice if the clerk would have told us there was an additional charge to park in the garage instead of in the open parking lot. It would be nice if the website explained this. I should have asked. I was tired and didn't think about it. I relied on the staff to be professional and explain my options.

Kyla Palmer is the reason I keep coming back. When she is working at the front desk, my service is exceptional! When she is not working then service is mediocre. Kyla is courteous, friendly, calls me by my name, knowledgeable, fast and efficient check in, always invokes friendly conversation, when I have a problem with my room or anything then she resolves it right away. For example, the heat was not working in my room and she new I had already prepared for bed so she didn’t offer to change my room because that would have inconvenienced me but she thought quickly and hand delivered a space heater to my room and set it up. She is the definition of “customer service”. She doesn’t just enhance my experience while staying at your hotel…she does this with everyone!

I was out here by my airline due to a missed connection from a delay. The staff on that night were extremely accommodating and kind to not not only me but others that were here for the same reason. Provided menus for carry out/delivery and restaurant hours that worked with our meal vouchers as well. I even ordered a bottle of wine that arrived and had a cork and they had an opener for me to use. Very clean rooms and quiet. Airport shuttle was also clean and my driver was very polite. The staff here goes above and beyond and I would highly recommend utilizing this airport for your stay
