We were very happy with this hotel. We did the suite so we had space for our boys. We loved the bed, tv, bathroom and amenities. A lot of space. Keurig machine. I loved the location which was close to a lot of restaurants and attractions just close down the road. Breakfast was good and well attended. Pool was large and warm. Kids loved it and plenty of area to sit. It is summer so the place was busy but the rooms were quiet. Rates were actually pretty great too.

The night check in clerk was extremely friendly and busy helping maintain the water and cleanliness as kids and families came in from the pool. However, our pull-out couch mattress had what appeared to be blood stains. No replacement was found, only a thick cover to put over it. The clerk did say she put in for a replacement to be ordered. Only $20 was credited back to me for over $200 for one night when we were using the pullout couch for our sleeping arrangements and no other room was available.

Could have been better if the price gouging wasn't so bad. The toilet flush chain was broke so I fixed it with a zip tie I had in my suitcase. All those years watching McGyver paid off. The breakfast was fair and all the staff was extremely nice.

I was expecting an ok hotel, but this was well above average in cleanliness, breakfast selections, friendliness of staff, and cleanliness of fitness room. And I loved the thick pillows. The location is very convenient for a traveler - right on the highway - and there are several restaurants within walking distance.

This is a very nice BW+ hotel. My room was very clean, lobby neat and tidy, and the breakfast was very good indeed. Only negative was the WiFi signal in my room was extremely weak. I had my dog with me and the staff were very welcoming.

The common area for guest together is right outside the rooms of many many guests. They have no policy on letting people be as loud as they want at all hours of the night in that common area. They value drunk adults being absurdly loud more than the sleeping conditions of the guests.

We always stay here when visiting family in town. The kids like the pool, I like the conscience of hot breakfast waiting in the morning, and the added privacy of the suites. Room service is hit or miss, sometimes they are thorough and attentive and other times they just dump extra towels and toilet paper on the counter. Overall, still one of the best values for our stays.

During our family's stay my daughter hurt her ankle while walking by the bed. To my surprise I found two odd metal braces or supports sticking out the side of the bed. She couldn't see it as they were covered by the bed skirt therefore slammed her ankle/foot into it while walking near the bed. The bathroom had a little mold, vanity lights were rusting, M&Ms on the floor on the side of the bed, spider webs up in the corner which I knocked down. This was an extremely disappointing 2 night stay but we tried to make the best of it as most hotels in the area were booked.
The room was very dated, unclean, and unsafe. I really wanted to like it but after my daughter got hurt, it went downhill from there.

This was the worst place I’ve ever stayed. Started on my first vision of to overflowing trash cans as I entered the building. Not to mention the dog vomit in the portico next to the employee smoking. Was unable to get checked in properly but not do to staff problems. The room was filthy, there was a lot of tissue stuck in the eye hole of the security door, Bathroom wall was dirty, toilet ran all night and a fan from somewhere was running. Couldn’t get my TV to work, staff had to come to figure out that the cable cord was unhooked. Air conditioning inadequate to cool the room and very noisy. The guests across from me were smoking pot in the room and the smell waifted out into the hallway!!! My outside window was filthy with fingerprints and obviously someone had opened it before me possibly to smoke??? The breakfast was ineible, the English muffin was hard as a rock and the fruit was past its prime. I couldn’t even drink the coffee. I did not feel safe at this facility and couldn’t get away fast enough

The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was a variety of hot, pastries, fruits and cereal to name a few. We wanted a King bed, however, there were none available in our price range. Since we were rewards members, we were able to be upgraded to a King bed room. The clerk was very nice and friendly.

The shuttle runs from 5 am to midnight. We are more than happy to give you a ride to and from the concert. The shuttle is first come first serve and we do have a few scheduled shuttle to and/or from the airport each day. Please check with the front desk and make sure the shuttle will be available at the times you will be needing.
