From the minute our group arrived, we were greeted very friendly. We had seven rooms reserved. Lauren at the front desk made check-in go quickly and smoothly. Everyone associated with the hotel were very helpful with suggestions of places to eat and things to do....More

Get a river view on a top floor. The rooms are very comfortable with cool art and nice beds. Fantastic location right on Michigan Ave where all the shopping and restaurants are at your door step. The lake is also right outside. Very good choice!
Nice location and servise. everything is confortable during stay in Westin. I been travel globally. Westin always did great work and impression to me. Thanks all for your hard work. Hope to get back soon to stay again.
Over 400 stores pack the concrete along Michigan Avenue, the eight-block stretch known as Magnificent Mile. This area between Oak Avenue and the Chicago River is more a shopping paradise than a full-out neighborhood. For prime upscale shopping, this is the place to go. It’s busy, energetic, and packed with shoppers. You'll also find hundreds of restaurants and dozens of hotels, all on the mid- to high-end scale.
Some of the city’s most iconic buildings like the Wrigley Building, John Hancock Center and other architectural marvels define the magnificence of this neighborhood.
