Urban contemporary hotel residing in Chicago's Streeterville neighborhood. Visit Cambria and experience high standards of service in a setting that feeds off the local energetic vibe. Hip, comfortable and sophisticated, yet down to earth. The over-sized guest rooms and suites styled...
Great location, very clean and comfortable - only downsides were the sofa bed which even the kids found awfully uncomfortable and the loooong wait for the elevators - two elevators serve most of the guests, and when the hotel is full, there’s often a line...More
Returned seven years after last visit when it was the Affinia (was also Milenorth for a while in the interim) and it was as good as I remembered it.
Slight grumble early on as the lady at reception tried very hard to push a boat...More
I stayed on a suite with an extra sofa. Huge room! Great place to stay, staff is good and always trying to solve everything you need. Lobby is just a little bit chaotic on weekends due to the bar on the side.
This hotel does a nice job of marrying a barista + bar with a hotel lobby. The communal space functions well as a communal workspace and lounging space as well; nice outdoor seating. Good breakfast buffet; very pleasant and competent staff. Excellent location; just off...More
Stayed 2 nights very convenient to Michigan Ave and the Mag Mile. Very clean and comfy beds. Spacious bathroom and shower. Very attentive staff. Only negative you have to purchase your coffee from the bar, no complimentary offered.
Over 400 stores pack the concrete along Michigan Avenue, the eight-block stretch known as Magnificent Mile. This area between Oak Avenue and the Chicago River is more a shopping paradise than a full-out neighborhood. For prime upscale shopping, this is the place to go. It’s busy, energetic, and packed with shoppers. You'll also find hundreds of restaurants and dozens of hotels, all on the mid- to high-end scale.
Some of the city’s most iconic buildings like the Wrigley Building, John Hancock Center and other architectural marvels define the magnificence of this neighborhood.

i am not a chicago resident so definitely not an expert. i can tell you that Ohare is on the Blue line of the EL. depending on how much you want to transfer trains and such you could probably walk about 4 blocks to one station and then transfer to the Blue line. or you could take a short cab ride to a blue line station and jump on the direct. i would take that approach. the CTA is the company that runs the public transport in chicago. their apps and website are good. good luck.
