You might think the best thing about this hotel is the location for the price but the staff is even better.
Every single staff person that I ran into (or asked for help) was friendly, helpful and seemed happy to be there.
The rooms are clean and the hotel well cared for. Breakfast has a nice selection and was well stocked.

This property is not what I expected from a Hilton. I am a Diamond member and was not treated like one. I stayed at this hotel for 10 nights. First wifi is a mess did not connect and did not recognize me as a guest with my room number had to call several times front desk for a code. This hotel includes breakfast. I went to breakfast at 9:35 am ( breakfast ends at 10:00am) they were out of the waffle mix and eggs and when I asked the people there they answered it finished and just turned around (they were in a really bad mood) and did not offer me any other alternatives. I requested a sewing kit at front desk and they told me they were going to send it to my room 2 hours later I called front desk and again they told me they were lookin for someone in housekeeping the sewing kit did not arrived until the next day when I called again front desk. Housekeeping just went once in 10 days because I kept on calling front desk. In other hotels being a Diamond member they provide you with water in this hotel there answer was that they provided with 2 bottles the first day (10 day stay) and if I wanted water it was $4.00 it did not matter my Hilton status. The night shift front desk people were really rude. Won't stay here again. Really disappointed with this property.

Want to throw your money away? Here is the place. They advertise themselves as high class, and the price reflects that. Then you arrive and there is no bellboy who can help you with luggage, nor is there any cart to put the luggage on. There are three elevators serving 27 floors, and you wait half an hour to get in, having to let go of completely full elevators several times in the process. The room has an old and stained carpet; the bathroom is beyond tiny; the air conditioning cannot be regulated; the "free breakfast" in the morning is at the level of the worst school cafeteria, and you eat it sitting down on old, stained chairs. The valet (priced at $69) will take half an hour to retrieve your car. Cost for all of this: over $400. I might as well have burned them.

On time, polite, professional. He prepared all the food and served it on time, at 6 am everything was ready. Cleaned and made everything organized. More people showed up and he maintained everything in order, made sure food was there for everyone presented the right way

Average hotel in a decent location just off the Magnificent Mile, staff (like many chain hotels) have a take it or leave it attitude and room cleaning is only if you request it the night before (like many hotels) but the issue is they don't tell you that and when you come back late at night and find out it's too late to get anything done. Don't use the hotel for parking either as its an horrific price use a parking app like Spot Hero and save yourself a fortune. Breakfast is ok as well so that's a bonus.

I had an great experience at breakfast during my stay in Chicago! The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming from the moment I walked in. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, from offering fresh coffee to checking on guests regularly. Great breakfast every morning. Rooftop OUTDOOR pool is fantastic. Rooms were well kept, and maintenance was very responsive to a broken AC repair request. We have stayed in several hotels in downtown Chicago, and this one is definitely the best for families.

We offer valet parking right in front of our hotel for $66/night available 24/7 with free in & out privileges.
No breakfast served when we were there last month although the website when booking the room claimed free breakfast was served. I believe the pool was still closed then. Call them for updated information.
