Given the lack of adequate number of mid-range hotels in this important suburb (Tambaram) of Chennai, I found the hotel ideal for a short stay for single travellers or small families. The rooms (including the washroom) though small were well maintained and the linen clean. The centralized location was an added advantage. However, absence of an in-house restaurant may be a disadvantage for room-bound visitors.

The hotel is located on a good place and thats all to talk about that. The rooms are tiny and the doors dont shut properly.Though the people at reception are friendly when i reached the hotel but when i talked for booking confirmation ,they talked just like they are not interested.Since it was close to 11 PM ,i dont want to search further but checked in to the hotel. The car parking is cramped and you need a skilled driver to maneuver.Breakfast is sadly nothing to talk about. it is not great nor good.Never choose the room facing the road, because the opposite hotel neon light enter your room and spoil your sleep.

Situated close to the Passport seva kendra and Tambaram bus stand, the hotel location is a big draw. It terms itself as a business Hotel. Building is fairly new and the rooms and fixtures attest to this fact. There is no restaurant and food will be sourced from outside if required. I remember seeing a A2B restaurant close by.

The staff are friendly, but the service left a lot to be desired. There was no water in the closet and when i pointed this out, they shifted me to another room. I got back late to my room and was ready to crash, when i discovered the bedsheet and pillows were used with strands of hair everywhere. While they redressed the situation, i lost half an hour's sleep in the bargain.
On the plus side, hot water is available through out the day. Wifi is available with decent bandwidth. AC is soothing !
You may check-in here, but keep your expectations low to avoid disappointments

We, my family and myself were on a long road trip from Kerala to Bhutan and this h otel, I have to say is the worst stay of our entire trip.
It absolutely does not deserve the 3.7 star rating it has.
Rooms are as small as practically possible, with about 1 feet ( maybe less) on either side of the bed. Imagine how claustrophobic that is.
No restuarent at the hotel. We arrived at the hotel at about 5:30 -6 in the evening. Hotel manager told us that we could get machine coffee and we can order from the nearby restaurant and the food would take about 20 mins.
We ordered a plate of cutlets and spring rolls where in the manager advised us that it's always better to say the exact number. We then placed an order for 4 cutlets and 5 spring rolls. We waited close to an hour for the food and coffee and what awaited us was a shock of our lives. 4 giant cutlets each roughly the size of a small papaya and Spring rolls ( Chappathi wrapped chicken cut into 4 pieces). The charge was₹90 for each cutlet and ₹80 for each spring roll! The cost was more than a full dinner and no way we could finish it all. So much for the kind advise if the reception staff. When I called to complain, the reply was that I got exactly what I ordered.
Service is non existent. They just couldn't be bothered. We left the hotel early in the morning and after checking out, we asked if there was a wastebasket to put some trash we had in the car( candy wrappers and such). The person in the reception said " no wastebasket". What can I say! Such hospitality!
I could go on but I think sufficient to say that one night at this hotel was a night too many. Please avoid.

The hotel is opposite to Tambaram west railway station at walkable distance. Just cross the main road and enter the passport office road and it is at entry itself. We booked a 3 bedded room online and was given the proper room with a queen bed and a single bed and also airconditioned. The toilet has a geyser and hence hotwater is there 24hrs. Room is small but the linen and beds were tidy and decorated. The restaurant is closed but they served the complimentary breakfast there, probably bought from outside. They provide Tea in room from the wending machine and available anytime. The Wifi is very good and hotel has a lift. They have room service for Dinner and Lunch. If not complimentary, they are not providing breakfast and that is the main drawback. The best part is, flexible 24 hour checkin - checkout timing. Overall we liked the stay here

I booked through agoda as triple room was listed through only through agoda. The place is both good bad due to busy area. the road is cramped with vehicles all the way. Reception was full of foul smell not very appealing. They messed up the booking. They dint want to offer triple room saying that no confirmation from agoda. Instead they said they have only normal rooms. Had to argue over, they dint seem to bother. Couldn't call up agoda. Had to talk to manager. He apologized and helped to get alternative rooms. As some rough arguments, he offered to get us room across their hotel. He paid for the difference. The hotel mostly appear like business place, may not be good family. Call up before coming here to avoid surprises.
