Wow, what a view of the Grand Tetons! The staff was very helpful and they provided breakfast. It was nice and quiet, nothing really directly around the hotel. There is a town a mile or two away. The pics show laundry which is nice but...More

After I had decided to drag my son up the 18 stairs to the second floor and just tolerate the treatment I was receiving, the Goonie showed up and started demanding that we leave the property. He insisted we leave without receiving a refund for the three rooms I had reserved. When he did that, I threw down the three sets of keys they had given me for the upstairs rooms, returned to the desk and asked again for a refund. At that time, the desk clerk said she was processing the refund, so I left. They are now charging me $25 for breaking one of the little balsa wood fobs they attach to their keys. I would recommend people avoid this place.
