Cory and his staff were wonderful and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The restaurant and bar were fantastic as well and extremely convenient. If you're thinking about staying here to visit Yellowstone, don't let the distance from the park deter you

No one on site. No answer to multiple calls finally after waiting in the cold and just burning up the front desk number finally got an answer. At least 20 minutes later probably 30. If we had not paid already. We would have gone elsewhere! Not a good experience.. It was clean. But the service almost non existent

SCAMMER ALERT!!! I don’t have any complaint on front desk Jenifer, she is professional and carry out the work well. If you are wondering why 1 ⭐️ let began!! If you don’t want to ruin your trip with back and forth with owner Dave than stay way from this lodge. I stayed on 10/01/2020 for one night and as I was visiting Yellowstone national park! After I left next morning to Colorado, I see extra charges of $50 twice and when I ask Jen why was the charges, she told me it’s a dog hair and I explain her I don’t have dog as I clearly remember she ask me if I have a pet and my answer was NO but they charge me $50 for dog hair which is I don’t know how they got it. So it’s a scam after your check out!! No one will be at front desk during check out because there working hours are 3-10pm. I have drop my IG @goonersnyc just to prove I aren’t making up nothing!! I am still on my road trip to home. By the way they charge my card twice one right after check out and one after 3 days of check out!! Looks like they don’t take customer information seriously 😒

Angler's Lodge helped us out during a tight spot and we are grateful to Jennifer at the front desk for all of her help! At the tail end of our trip we were delayed getting home due to Hurricane Delta. We are from Louisiana, and our flights were cancelled due to the storm. Jennifer not only got us into 2 rooms last minute, but she also got us into rooms super early in the morning when our cabin rental check out time came around. We were able to drop our luggage off early in the morning and head to Yellowstone for the day. As far as the rooms, they were clean but outdated. Not really an issue for one night though. Nice beds, clean linens, spacious rooms. The main problem we had was with the weird jacuzzi tub in our room. We didn't use ours because we have one at home and I know on a personal level how impossible it is to truly get one clean. No matter what you do, there's always going to be someone else's bathwater in the tubing. The jacuzzi tub is situated right next to the bed, and Lord help you if your neighbor decides to disregard the sign on it asking you not to operate it after 11pm- like ours did. At about 11:30pm just after we got our baby to sleep, we were awoken by a roaring sound that can only be described as 2 bears mating beneath a waterfall. It was SO LOUD and it felt like it went on forever! We were miserable and it took everything in me not to confront him. Anglers Lodge- For the love of God, please just take those monstrosities out of the rooms for good! They do nothing but breed bacteria and make noise. Other than that, we enjoyed our one night stay. Thanks again Jennifer for all of the help, it turned a bad situation for us into a bonus day at Yellowstone!

When we arrived after 4:30 pm, we had to wait before we could get in the cabin (still cleaning). The view is great, right across the street from the Henry river. The cabin has 5 bedrooms and can sleep up to 8 adults and 10 kids. Had WIFI and cable TV. Now the bad reviews: Had to buy our own toilet paper, paper towel and dish soap (we called to get these items and never heard from the owner). There is a $25.00 charge if you don't wash the dishes before you leave. The stove has 4 burners, but only two worked. The silverware had to be rewashed, since the silverware was not clean. Also, some of the plates also were dirty. The spa water was not clean. If you like very hard beds than you will enjoy the beds. Hot water runs out quickly for the size of the cabin. Its a log cabin so when people walk up and down the stairs at night, very noisy.
