John, Tina and their staff were so friendly, accommodating and fun to chat with! I felt like I walked into a Hallmark card when we stayed for Christmas. This place has so much charm! It is very close/walking distance to Sherman Ave and the lake. Breakfast was delish, especially the apple cider pancakes. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Property's Favorite Review
A wonderful stay. The staff took care to get my reservation right; they secured the dinner cruise tickets I wanted at a discount. We were able to walk the few blocks to the lake and the boat. The grounds and gardens were beautiful, well-tended, and peaceful. The hot tub was great after a long day of travel. We were able to store our bikes securely and parking our truck was not a problem. The room was comfortable, quiet and clean. Breakfast (apple pancakes and fluffy eggs) was outstanding. My favorite of all: the friendly, calm old golden retriever and his yellow lab friend who loved to greet people and be petted.

My husband, his sisters and our brother-in-law went to Coeur d'Alene for a little pre-Christmas get away. We had a wonderful stay at The Roosevelt Inn! We were amazed and so pleasantly surprised at this beautiful B&B! It was beautifully decorated including a Christmas tree in each of our rooms. The staff was amazing and very helpful. They even accommodated our stay by putting our rooms right next to each other. We enjoyed a nice breakfast in the morning. We will definitely return to this gem so close to Spokane !

As a very picky visitor I am thrilled to say that the main floor sitting areas and room were perfectly appointed, clean, and beautifully furnished. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Kristen, easily obtained tickets for us for the Christmas boatride, she made us feel that we were part of the family. Great time!

We stayed in the two bedroom suite which is an excellent value. Contactless after hours check in was easy. The rooms are well furnished with an antique vibe pretty consistent with the B&B look that is common in the USA. There are no TV's but good internet allowed us to watch a movie on our own device. A walk around the next morning revealed some common areas that were being decorated for Christmas and the friendly innkeeper who made us a hot breakfast. There were plenty of rolls, yogurt, juice, teas, and coffee.

Great and unique accommodations from the 2 Golden retrievers that greeted us at the door to the antique furnishings throughout the Inn. Clean, friendly staff, tasty breakfast, and within walking distance to downtown and the lake. We plan on visiting again.

Fabulous Tower Suite! We loved the fireplace. We loved the large pine trees and lake views of the upstairs Bell Tower. Comfy bed, slept well. We played chest on the lawn. Breakfast downstairs was wonderful!!
