The Historic 1908 Greenbriar Inn is located four blocks from downtown, the beach and the Lake. We have five guest rooms with private baths and queen beds. The Inn features a restaurant: 315 Martinis and Tapas, which is open five days a week, Tuesday thru Saturday, from 3:15 to close. We offer a continental breakfast to our guests.
The Greenbriar Inn was perfect for what I needed while visiting family for a few days. The check-in process was super easy. I never felt unsafe on the property which was within walking distance to downtown Coeur d'Alene which features shops, restaurants, bars, and more. My only comment is that this might not be a good choice for people who are sensitive to outside noise. The inn was built in 1908 which means the walls are thin and the floors are creaky. There is also a restaurant on the first floor that you can hear until they close later in the evening. I will however say that the restaurant is fantastic and you get a very generous coupon to the restaurant for staying at the inn.

I decided to go to CDA for my birthday. I came across Greenbriar Inn and decided to give it a shot. Great location, restaurant and bar on premises and great owner. Every employee I encountered were pleasant and respectful. Beautiful property.

We had a wedding reception of about 20 people here on Jan 13. The venue was quaint with the fireplace, the staff went above and beyond for us and our guests and the Chef were phenomenal! They truly made our day perfect. Would highly recommend them. Shout out to Michael for making the planning so easy. Bobby and Allison

It was great to be able to come “home” to a place with character instead of the stale environment of a hotel. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Always had fresh snacks and high was great, and the restaurant food was amazing.

I stayed only one night; came in late and left early but I loved this inn. I wish I had gotten to experience more. I enjoyed the art on the walls which was fun and captivating. There was music playing when I arrived and it felt like walking into a very happy place full of life. I was given a free upgrade and Mike offered great customer service. If I'm in the area again, I will definately be back.

We spent a night a the Green Briar. The rooms were clean and very nice. The staff was excellent. The Manager upgraded us to a bigger room at no cost, because it hadn't been rented for the night and it was a bigger room...which was really nice. The restaurant was very nice, we only had drinks, but would definitely come again and try the delicious looking food. It was a great location, very easy walking distance to downtown.

We wanted to spend the night in Coeur d’Alene, after attending an event at the resort. We found this little gem after a bit of research. We were not disappointed! It is located just a few blocks north of the resort and downtown. It was built in the early 1900’s, has been renovated. The owner text us on the day of our arrival and said he wanted to upgrade us to a larger room as it was available. He also said we could check in early as the room had not been occupied the night before. Our room was room #1. It was a small suite. It was so neat in how it was decorated, it had its’ own personality. The bed was comfortable, the shower was amazing. The 315 restaurant is on the first floor and it didn’t disappoint. Amazing dinner. We will come back as it is affordable!

We've stayed here about 5 times and always a great time. All the rooms are good some cozier than others but still worth the money. My only slight complaint is when the morning crew came in for breakfast (which is AMAZING) the music they were playing we could hear. But it at least was good music lol

Very clean. We probably had the smallest room in the house, but it was efficient and comfortable. We loved the 315 restaurant. Good service, good food. And it was close enough to the downtown area to walk to.
