Even after having reservations for several weeks in advance, on arrival date the room was NOT ready until after 8:30 pm!!! We walked around waiting, but five hours is a very long time to wait for a room! There were plenty of spiderweb on hallways. The many bags of garbage by the stairs, not only were not picked up while we were there, in the morning they had been broken into, and food and garbage was spread on walkway and sidewalk!!! At the time we left, they were all still like that!!! They claim to offer breakfast, but didn't offer what they advertise, no juice, no eggs, and their coffee area had NO cups!!!! Cups of any kind were never to be found, and when asking for them, the reception staff only would answer No cups. The actual room's beds were comfortable and clean, once we were able to enter at night. The housekeeping lady was courteous, but the reception staff in the morning, not so much! Altogether a very underwhelming experience! Will not go back there and would Not recommend at all!

Was nervous to go another quality inn. We’ve had bad experiences in the past. But decided to go for it because it had the highest reviews in the area so maybe it was just that location. Lies. Not sure how. Must have deleted the bad reviews and paid for review farms because our room was disgusting and far far from quality. First night we set our 11 month old on the floor and she is just covered in dirt and grime. The floor is covered in crumbs and disgusting. The bath tub which we now need, because both our kids are now filthy, is gross. We bring it up the the front desk they offer to get it cleaned and they come in and look at the room. The clerk tries to explain away the tub “oh it’s designed that way.” Something about copper and leaving stains. But we weren’t talking about the ring in the tub but the nasty grimy tub. Then she tries and tell us hotel floors are just that way. We’ve been to Plenty of hotels. Never has my older daughter been covered in grime and never had my youngest which will now be her third hotel been covered in grime from crawling around. But what do I know. I guess I’m wrong. You guys sure know quality. After we got back the room was vacuumed. My older daughter and wife’s feet were filthy. They had their shoes on when we first got there so they still got dirty after the floor being “cleaned” I guess they’ve been filthy and dirty so long they can’t be cleaned the easy way. Absolutely disgusting. It was a total mistake. Don’t even go to Quality inns anywhere. They should change their name to Low Quality Inn I just want to say, I’m not one usually to complain. I hardly ever make a big deal or fuss but the fact that we had to complain to the front desk and that I’m making this review means it was truly awful and that’s saying something

Hade confirmed reservations. Arrived early afternoon said room not ready. No problem. Walked around for a few hours. Came back after 4 pm. Front dest lady still said no rooms! She said she did not know when the room would be ready. On top of that she did not have the rooms we requested even though we had confirmation in our hands for such rooms. We ended up at river bend inn. So happy went to bathroom in lobby. Very dirty as was office. Front dest lady was very rude. Never go there you will be very sorry

Our room was not clean couldn't even walk around with socks on they ended up black. Floors were not clean, pubic hair on bathroom floor behind door. No pool access!!! Dust all over desk and tv stand. Coffee tray Dirty. The list goes on. The had a bad mattress thrown outside so that was my view from up stairs. I will never stay there again. Our friends checked in and pull the sheets back and found vomit on them!!

Excellent value, clean, quiet, modern, had comfortable bed, about a mile from Downtown. Check in was friendly and easy. Had washer/dryer, and typical hotel breakfast. Safe parking area. Would recommend for anyone looking for a one or two night stay.

My wife and I decided to stay in Helen Ga for a day. She booked this hotel, for our stay and we enjoyed it. The room was great, the beds were very comfortable. I would definitely recommend it to my friends. I hope to stay at the Quality Inn again.

Bed bugs in our room and was moved to a different room. Mgr offered no apology or anything. The only thing he said was I hope they are not in your clothes. Checked out early because we just could not sleep there. Called to complain once I got home and the manager was very rude and yelled at me over the phone. He acted like this issue was no big deal and I was overreacting.

My wife and I stayed one night in Helen at the Quality Inn. We found our room very comfortable and clean and walkable to downtown Helen. Our morning breakfast was packaged microwaveable items we took back to our room to eat as there was no dining area set up in the lobby area. This was not inconvenient as there was a microwave in our room. The location was perfect and close to all restaurants and shops. If we return to Helen, we will stay here.

This hotel was adequate for our needs while staying in Helen. It could use some more TLC. Their continental breakfast held us over until we got to our chosen restaurant for breakfast. Love the coffee! We understand at this time of year (Christmas) that the rates are super inflated but we really think it was quite expensive.

Furnishings here are closer to average, but come with top-notch hospitality and great location for exploring Helen. We were in a suite for one night. Hot tub was nice but the fireplace made a ticking sound so we couldn't really use it. Meager breakfast offerings, but something is better than nothing traveling these days. Pet friendly for a fee and easy, free parking.
