My family stayed at this Hilton in between an international flight layover. We were exhausted and check in was smooth. We arrive around 9pm. There is a shuttle but from the domestic side of the airport, so we toom a taxi to the hotel. The customer service was friendly and welcoming. There are restaurants and starbucks inside the hotel as well as and near by, not really in walking distance because it is a busy street. Our baby kept calling housekeeping and the lady was very engaging. I felt so bad! There was an issue with no towels being in the room when we arrived BUT the housekeeping crew ensure it was resolved and even called to follow up. I got a sense that customer service was a top priority. We would definitely stay at this location again.
Nice and clean hotel. I am a regular customer Close to Atlanta airport. Excellent service according to sanitary situation. At the front desk many thanks to Mr. Santiago who help me a lot...and in the restaurant Donald has been also very nice to me!!! Thank you very much. Eduardo
Where do I start ? Trash at entryway of hotel. Cigarettes on the ground, people smoking weed in and out the hotel. The rooms? The rooms are old. I was told the room was be renovated. The room is horrible. Furniture in room is horrible; smelly and obviously worn from years of wear and tear. Restaurant? That's a joke ! Food is horrible, old and will make you sick, literally. I will never stay here, I would rather sleep on someones couch than stay here EVERY AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!! I feel for the employees who have to answer to the lack of the hotel. YOU ALL SHOULD BE ASHAMED !
I was so shock at the heartfelt service provided to me at this property! I was already running late for a business meeting! Upon entering the lobby I was greeted with Hi and how may I help you? I was directed to the front desk check-in! I was greeted by an Angel name Ryan! He was so helpful and his hospitality was beyond something I have never seen before. Quick check and I was given a room overlooking the airport and the room was clean and modern with Lysol sticker to verify the room was clean. Great quiet night stay! I wish I knew Ryan last name to send him a thank you card for such a great experience! I will be back parking was great and I felt safe!
One month ahead of time, I booked (on Priceline) a 485 sq ft suite ( for $234.24 including tax) to have ample room and a microwave and fridge, as I was here on an annual business training session. I was given a regular room then when I complained they "upgraded as a favor" to a mini suite of 300 sq ft. But I paid for the largest room, which they kept denying. On top of this, the room was filthy, dark (just 3 working lamps), dated, with no microwave, malodorus fridge, minimal A/C, old bed, old bed sheets, old towels (just 2 bath, 2 hand towels) and just filthy! See pics. The lighting was minimal, hard to work in, and minimal outlets that were old and worn & would not charge my devices unless I held them And, in the lobby area and front desk they allow maskless food deliveries. I was hung up on repeatedly by the front desk staff. In my opinion they could care less about you. The shuttle runs only every 30 min. The only attentive person was a maintenance guy who came to replace burnt out lights, but after waiting a loooong time. Just bad! AVOID…
