We arrived today for our reservation and the place is all locked up. No lights on anywhere and no people. I called both the phone numbers that were posted and the answering machine just went around in circles. We walked the whole perimeter of the inn calling out and trying various doors. I called over and over and got no answer. I was able to leave a message once but no one called me back. After an hour of trying to find someone, we got a room next door at the holiday Inn and will most certainly have our credit card company deal with the management at 27 on park

Whilst the hotel location is excellent that is the only positive thing I can say about it . It was overpriced at double the rate of the brand new Holiday Inn Express next to it .. The view out of our bedroom window was the back wall of the Holiday in Express ,only some 15 ft away ,as well as all the holiday Inn Airconditioning units . We had asked for a room on the ground floor as both my wife and I suffer from bad knees ,but we were given a room on the first floor ,and we had to drag our luggage up the stairs .Not a great start . Probably half the hotel rooms have no view but look out on the back walls of the adjacent Holiday Inn . The staircase and external passages were filthy and probably have not been washed for months .All the outside potplants in the passages were also dry and dead .What a dreary picture ! We stayed for two nights and had not room cleaning service nor were the beds turned over .Some 5 star hotel!!! The hotel must have been quite a place before the Holiday Inn was built on its doorstep which clearly took away the lovely views that were once there .! There is no parking ! Only three bays in the road next to the refuse bins. The Holiday Inn next door is a far better bet with plenty of parking on the parking deck ,and elevators ,and brand new rooms , and breakfast ,at a fraction of the price . There was no breakfast included in the very expensive rate . The hotel does not even offer breakfast! There is nothing positive I can say about this hotel ! It lacks serious tlc ,in order to survive .

Extremely disappointing and VERY over priced. I booked three rooms for our little group - rooms 2, 4 and 9. All rooms are suites - but room #4 has no window in the bedroom, giving it a feeling of claustrophobia. Room 4's bed was way too hard and the living room area is poorly furnished. Room #2 had mold all over the shower curtain. None of the rooms had an acceptable TV service, but they did have a good internet. The biggest problem is that it would seem none of the rooms have any sound attenuation insulation in the walls and ceilings. People's voices and movements can be heard through all the walls and ceilings. Could not get a good night sleep at all. This is a cheaply built motel with a ridiculously high price tag. NEVER AGAIN! (The only good things I can say about the property are (1) Hannah is very friendly, and (2) the location to the downtown square is great.)

If I could give zero stars I would. I booked this hotel, but had to cancel with a 36 hour notice because my travel companion was exposed to COVID and has to quarantine. I'm a front line healthcare worker and decided to do the "right thing". The hotel has refused to refund my money, almost $200.00. SHAME ON THIS HOTEL!!!! SHAME, SHAME,SHAME!!!!

I should have read the reviews more closely. Probably the worst mattress that I’ve ever “tried” to sleep on.... remember Grandma’s lumpy, worn-out mattress? To add insult to injury, the walls are so paper thin that I was awake all night because of the person snoring in the next room!!!! The furnishings are worn and dirty ( green velvet love-seat was the only couch with an uncomfortable non/matching chair). This stuff had been pulled straight from someone’s used left-over furniture. The “breakfast” was uncovered bagels, bagged doughnuts but placed open on a tray, yogurt and strawberries. We were surprised that the food was left unattended and uncovered in a self serve fashion for this Covid world! One spoon for all to use with coffee service. One knife for cream cheese. Amazing- we took one look and left. This place has a cute outdoor firepit area, but is very pricey for what you get. Look elsewhere.
