This hotel was wonderful! The staff was extremely helpful and friendly with my large wedding group. Tee/Sarah & Daimont are just a couple people I’d love to shout-out! As the bride, I had lots of questions and concerns. The staff always answered in a timely manner and reassured me! The rooms are very clean and spacious! One thing I would just say as a negative is the sliding bathroom doors should be looked at, 5 guests including myself (on my wedding morning!) had a finger jammed in the door! Took a giant piece of skin out of my ring finger. Other than that, lovely time and will be coming back for sure!!

Visited this location late March for a family wedding. All the staff from front desk to housekeeping were great, comfortable rooms and location is very convenient to many venues. The 4 star for the room is because they don't have in room safes, which surprised me. I inquired at the front desk and was told this Hilton hotel chain does not offer them. Again surprised. Other than that it was comfortable, we did not have the rooms attended to but it was easy to get extra coffee from the staff. I would stay here again if in the area.

After an excruciating 10 delay from JetBlue.. arriving at the hotel at 7:15 AM (past the front desk working hours) the beautiful individual greeted us with the most pleasant attitude!! ‘Miss Deanna.. I’ve been waiting for you.. you’re all checked in.. go rest. Just what the doctor ordered!!

Great staff they went above and beyond to accommodate my needs, also the rooms were super clean an comfortable, well stay again. My family enjoyed the breakfast and it was close to all the events we planned, this is a great place if you want you whole family to enjoy together

Came here last year and just recently stayed a week ago for business. Really great place and a lot of great places around that you can walk to as well. Great breakfast and bar at the hotel. Really love the staff here

We had a great stay here while visiting Winter Park. Front desk staff was very friendly, the hotel is very pretty and clean, our room was clean, and the bed was super comfortable. Great location to all the Winter Park happenings. Lots of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. We took short Lyft rides to downtown so we could safely drink and avoid the parking hassle. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it.

The rooms look just as expected online. I booked a king’s room on the third floor. There was a large party staying on the fourth floor and we only heard them when they met in the lobby and we were walking through. The seating area is nice outside and I would have enjoyed it if it wasn’t so cold outside! There’s plenty of parking, but close parking may fill up due to the bar and Mexican place sharing the same parking lot. (Highly recommend the Mexican Añejo.) The room was clean and had plenty of ventilation, and lighting. The staff was super friendly. I didn’t not participate in any food services or breakfast. It’s a 30 min drive to Disney/Disney Springs. There’s plenty of shopping and food around this hotel. This was a great location and I will return if coming back to Orlando area.…

In reviewing TA reports on Winter Park hotels, this one seemed to be a better choice than most. After a few nights at a "boutique" hotel in another city, the Garden Inn impressed us as sleek and modern. The room was quiet and comfortable and the ac and big TV worked well. Although there is door tag to request no room make-up, we didn't use it. The room was not made up on either morning of our stay. Check-in was a bit casual as we had to wait for someone to appear at the desk. I requested a room away from elevators and doors and received one. I had included breakfast in our room rate. There isn't an actual restaurant -- this is a Garden" Hilton -- but an open area with tables. We had to ask if it was the place for breakfast. The breakfast itself was ok but I would choose to go out if we returned. The hotel is well-located in terms of nearby restaurants and shopping. However, although it initially seemed as if we could walk into downtown, this proved impractical and it's best to make the 10-minute drive. The drive to the airport took about 35 minutes and you definitely want a GPS to navigate the road system. Allow plenty of time! Given what others have reported on hotels in Winter Park, we'd return to this one if we had occasion to visit Winter Park again. …

Was not explained to me I had to request with advance I wanted housekeeping services (its a hilton hotel), I was placed in a room right in front of the elevator hall and view of car entrance roof. (Hotel seemed empty and I asked for a nice room) One of the queen beds was bent, I could feel how higher one part was from the other.

Both room, bathroom and bedding had a sour odor. I requested housekeeping spray the room, which they did, but it just masked the odor. A/C was super cold, and I could not get warm for the night. I shut it off but it still was cold. Carpeting was dirty, business center screens were locked, keyboards filthy. Reported to fron desk person who was glued to her phone.
