This is a tired, played out Marriott badly in need of renovation. The toilet leaked all over the floor, the pool area was next to a major highway (noisy) and the exterior was being noisily repainted while we were there. Front desk staff was quite wonderful but even the vouchers couldn’t offset the closure of the Concierge lounge and the constant noise. Looks like a place for flight crews and down-market kid groups. I was told they were scheduled for remodeling soon - one floor at a time so be ready for low expectations.

Beautiful hotel and we are having a lovely stay. Rooms are clean and up-to-date. The staff is SO helpful and friendly! Alberto and Sean just went out of their way to find a full propane tank so we could use the outdoor fire pit. Highly recommend!

Across the board, this is a terrific business hotel. Stayed for two days and I found every staff member cheerful, highly competent, and focused on excellent customer service. Rooms are comfortable, clean, and large. Chef’s infussy, classy menu is executed at a surprisingly high level — strong enough that we moved a business meeting here to a business dinner. Kudos to management and staff. We will be back.

Great stay, at first I saw bad reviews and a few didn’t make sense like the person who paid $100 for concierge on the weekend and didn’t get it anyone who stays at a Marriott hotel knows they’re closed on the weekends so I know we couldn’t paid $100. They were working on the outside of the hotel, but didn’t hear any noise, the rooms were very clean and especially the girl at the front desk Daphney was absolutely one of the nicest people I’ve ever met so accommodating can’t say enough great things about her only thing I could say wrong about the hotel was the food on the concierge floor wasn’t very good, but would recommend this place

Why did I see a cat trap with a bowl of suspect looking cloudy liquid in your beachclub? Not just inhumane to stray cats but dangerous to children! Surely stray cats should be a part of the TNR Dubai programme Trap Neuter and Return. As a tourist im shocked by this.

This tired hotel needs a lot of help from staff to accommodations. We picked this for our business meetings and were extremely embarrassed. Our first associate checked in only to find his room smelling of paint fumes to the point of nausea. There were open paint cans all over the second floor. When he called down they told him they didn’t have any other rooms. He then went to speak to the manager who magically found him a room. When we arrived at 3:30 our room was not ready. Fine, check in is at 4:00. By 4:15 we still were not called for our room. We had to leave at 4:40 for dinner and still had to change. The manager finally got us into our room which was tired and old. Couch cushions were disgusting. My husband used the conference room Thursday and Friday and upon entering on Friday morning it was still dirty from the day before and no coffee ready etc. A phone call was made and trust me they didn’t do any thing fast. When I needed a scissors from the front desk to cut a medical patch she handed me one without one word. Rude rude rude. We are titanium members and this is by far the worst Marriott we have ever stayed. Also we were never informed of a concierge lounge and had to call down the next day to ask! Never again will we stay here! Ugh.

I stay at Marriott hotels regularly, and generally have had good experiences. Recognizing they are not high end hotels, I have always still doing them to be clean. Unfortunately this particular Marriott is very tired and has been properly kept. The rooms were dirty, bathrooms had rust and walls and closet doors were chipped. There were no waters in the room, and when I asked them to send up a shaving kit from the front desk, they sent up a used kit which had already been opened and the razor had been removed. Overall, really not impressed.

One of the most average hotels in all of palm beach! If you’re looking for sparkle & splash this isn’t the place for you. If you need a clean bed, good burger, and Brussel sprouts this is the place. Breakfast is decent, the A/C works and the hotel quiet. Can’t ask for much more than that at an airport hotel.

I needed a hotel for one night and I must say that I am disappointed. The pictures shown are deceiving as the area surrounding the hotel is all highway and busy intersection. The pool is literally right next to the parking lot and there is not much to do other than visit the square (shopping and restaurant area) which is in walking distance exactly three blocks away. However, you have to cross a busy intersection including train tracks that is right next to the hotel. The walls in the room that I stayed in were dirty and need to be painted. There is a slight odour in the bistro, lobby and rooms. On the bright side, the staff is very nice, friendly and accommodating. The lobby area has modern furniture but the rooms and hallways are outdated.

This was a great hotel to stay at for a business conference. The rooms are well appointed and clean. All employees I encountered were pleasant and helpful. The pool area and restaurant were nice. Would definitely stay here again for business purposes.
