Places to stay are graded on a 0-100 scale. The higher the grade, the easier it is for travelers to find restaurants and things to do within walking distance.
According to locals, this is the worst hotel in Catbalogan City, and we should've been warned earlier. Venue is a-okay for conventions but staying there is a terrible, terrible idea.
For a group of three, we were cramped in a miniscule room with poorly constructed walls, bathroom sinks and shower heads, among others. Bathrooms have poor lighting and clogged drainage. Sheets and towels are old and dirty. Spiders and mosquitoes are eveywhere! Airconditioners cannot be adjusted. One hotel attendant has also been notably rude to us during our three-day stay. Also, no wifi, no hot water. When you ask for favors, attendants will point at each other, until the management comes in. I gave them two stars simply because of their spacious banquet hall and some kind attendants. Other than that, I am telling you, please go somewhere else.
