I called and no one answered so I emailed the address they provided on their website. Initial communication through email was great. They answered all my questions. I expressed interest in booking a room for 3 nights. Since they don’t have online booking, I asked them to call me because I do not feel comfortable giving my card info out over email. I never got a reply back and no phone call. Over the course of several days, I called. No answer. I left 1 voicemail. Never received a call back. I sent another email. No reply. I sent an email inquiry through their website. No reply. I had no choice but to book other accommodations. With the plethora of options in Treasure Island and your lack of a timely response to my booking request, you lost my business. You really need to set up online booking. …

My wife and I booked a room for a weeks stay over the phone with Dan, We are from New York State. When we arrived and met Dan everything was friendly and what we discussed on the phone, No Problems or issues to deal with, The room was super clean, 2 double beds, small kitchenette,very relaxing and very nice, Would go back in a New York Minute.THANK YOU CHERI LYN.

Highly recommend!! We recently spent 5 nights here and it was very affordable. The whole place appeared clean and well kept. The lady working was very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean when we arrived. The pool and area was well kept. The beach is a short walk right across the street. If I come back to treasure island I will most definitely stay here again. I have nothing bad to say about this place! It was spectacular!

I am here for business and pleasure. I find the motel very reasonable and convenient. The room is clean and smoke-free. They are within walking distance to the public beach and have a beautiful pool on the property. The hosts are wonderful.

I prefer older remodeled small motels to the larger chains. The Cherilyn was just about perfect. Lots a tables and pool chairs. Pool was sparkling and clean. Room was clean and appeared newly remodeled. Kitchen was well equipped and big enough to make a meal. Walking distance to my favorite local Mexican restaurant. Across the street from the beach. OH, and all this at a great price. Great communication with management. Definitely would come stay here again. Maybe for a week next time!

Wonderful place to stay and owners are very accommodating. Great location with the beach across the street. Nice pool and gathering area is perfect for families, as well as individuals or couples. Rooms are updated and clean. Easy to come and go and have the comforts of home with the rooms with kitchens. Central location for walking or short drive to area restaurants.

Great place to stay to get away locally. Nice location, across the street to the beach. Nice pool, outside gas grill. Clean, clean rooms. Owners are great, very accommodating. We had guests visit us all 3 days, nice kitchen to cook in, close to many local restaurants. We'll be back.

Awesome place to stay. Very clean and updated. Dan and Trish were more than accommodating. We went with a few couples. We never left the hotel. They have a gas grill and a beautiful pool, so we stayed right there. Seems to be everyone was a returning guest, so that speaks volumes right there. We will be back.
