Had the privilege of staying at this hotel while dropping off our daughter at college. When we first arrived we were welcomed with a smile, beneath the mask of course. The gentleman who checked us in was very pleas bar and explained all of the amenities to us. The hotel was VERY clean and nice. The rooms were spacious. We had a king suite. (All rooms are suites). Our room had a king bed and living room area with a sofa-bed separated by a Curtain. We also had a kitchen area with a full sized Refrigerator, large microwave, sink and all the dishes and utencils needed for cooking. There was no stove but they will provide a stove top should you choose to cook. The gym was very clean with only two persons allowed due to social distancing guidelines. They had two washing machines and two dryers at $.75 per load. The pool area was small but equally well maintained. It was across the street from USF and less than a mile from Busch Gardens. Due to COVID breakfast is not buffet style. They have free breakfast but all items are prepackaged and they provide an oven for heating of your breakfast sandwiches and eggs. All today, etc is individually packaged to prevent contamination. It is very well done. The lobby has really nice seating for eating or just lounging and they also have nice seating outside and by the pool area. I would 100% go back.

We decided to take a trip to Busch Gardens for a few days and booked here for a quick getaway. The hotel seems nice and clean. We stayed on the first floor to get in and out quickly and keep away from people as much as we can. We had a few room challenges but the front desk staff moved us and resolved the issues. The rooms seemed clean however, we still bring some Lysol spray to clean the high touch areas just in case. Beds could be a little more comfortable but overall, they worked.
We were pleasantly surprised that they were doing the morning breakfast. While most hotels we've stayed at canceled the breakfast, it was nice to have it available here. It ticked off all the basics, pastries, eggs, cereals, juices, and coffee. We highly enjoyed it and we're thankful to have it during this crazy time.
We felt overall that the hotel was clean and well kept and we would return if/when we headed back to the area.

This is our first time staying at a Home2Suites by HIlton for business. The room was very comfortable with full size refrigerator, microwave and all cooking and eating utensils. We were able to sit in the breakfast area and prepare our own food which consisted of home made waffles, bagels & muffins to be toasted, cereal, packaged egg sandwiches to be heated in the microwave and self serve drinks. Full room maid service isn't on a daily basis yet, so we had to exchange towels and get a box of kleenex at the front desk. We would stay here again!

Clean, quiet and inexpensive. Hotel staff was very pleasant, coffee was fresh and although food service guidelines have changed due to COVID, the pre-packaged breakfast bowl I had was very tasty. There were a lot of other choices for breakfast as well. Best part was knowing that pets are welcome and there was no hassle about bringing my dog 😊

The hotel was sdesigned in such a way that many rooms are as far from the elevator as humanly possible (at the extreme opposite end of the building). The bathroom was designed with two doors which can crash into each other if one is opened when the other is opened and while there are two doors, only one has a lightswitch near it. The bed was not of good quality, leave it at that. The breakfast area was not designed intuitively and the three people who were supposed to be assisting guests were having there own little meeting (both days) and were not help at all. The road noise was an 8 on a scale of 1-10. I'll never chose a Home2 Suite by Hilton again and I travel often.

Very clean, large suites, modular tables made it easy to open up the room but also provide for dining. Long shelving, dishwasher, fridge & microwave made it very easy to use. Would happily stay here again

So this is a great hotel the staff is very friendly. I just didn't like my unit because they were for air-conditioning units outside my window that turned on and off throughout the evening making it very hard for me to sleep. I was able to put in my AirPods and put on some water sounds to drown out the noise. I would stay here again but definitely not in that unit. Other than that nice. I wish the Hilton would upgrade to K pods coffee though

This is a clean modern hotel with both good and bad points. Very friendly and helpful staff As women traveling alone I felt very safe. Probably due to Covid the room had shampoo and body wash and one bar of hand soap but no conditioner or lotion. I switched rooms as the first faced the street and had a lot of road noise. The second did not and was very quiet. Neither had acceptable hot water. I did ask and the front desk clerk pretty much said that was just how it was. You decide if these things matter.

Fairly new inn, so it was very clean and maintained. Located in a quiet office park, close to airport, we heard no airport noise. Walking distance to Cypress Point Park on Old Tampa Bay. Shopping malls are very close. Raymond James Stadium is 2 1/2 miles but safe and walkable. Their shuttle is just not fully scheduled yet. Rooms have a full kitchen, and storage in every empty spot. The staff are all responsive and friendly. Breakfast includes your made to order waffles and usually something else warm. It was ok considering rooms have full kitchens. Having coffee available in the lobby 24/7 is terrific too. King rooms(even numbers) face east, doubles west. And there is no parking fee.

They have a Shuttle, but only used it to go to University of South Florida and they had to get one of their front desk people because the driver hadn’t come to work yet. We really like the place and the staff.

Nothing really within walking distance, but there is a lot of places on the main road. The college is pretty much across the street, so nice place to access and take a walk. The hotel may have a shuttle, but nicer malls are gonna be a bit further away. I only saw a glimpse of the pool, and it is a small area, but the place is very new- so the pool is nice and new still. Also, not sure when you are going, but weather is abnormally cool right now...though my daughter did get a nap and get some sun last weekend outside her apartment. Uber may be a good option if you want to venture out during the day.
There are more places to choose from in the Tampa area.
