Hotel's Favorite
Very pleasant, helpful staff. Older hotel but very clean with silky smooth sheets and lots of hot water. Poolside room was quiet. Breakfast bar in morning and micro/small fridge & coffee pot in room. Just around the corner from the historic district of Stuart, FL.

The room is OK, but nothing special. The "You Can't Say We Didn't Have One Breakfast Buffet" was a big disappointment. Ice cold hard boiled eggs, dry cereal, instant oatmeal, yogurt, apples(no bananas), mini muffins, granola bars and cheap white bread for toast are the high lights. Coffee service is better in your room and the OJ was acidic, so I am glad I took my antacid. The TV channels consist of 20 Latino channels and 52 Music Choice channels. There doesn't seem to be a channel selection guide either printed or on screen and the Up channel button doesn't work, so you just have to jump through channels and hope you get lucky. The room was clean and the a/c-heat worked fine. There was an alarm clock, but plugging it in seemed to be a problem, so I didn't bother. The table lamps were dirty and could use an upgrade to the ones with usb ports and 110v outlets. There is a plug strip on the desk, but it's almost full and ugly. In short, I have done worse, but I have also paid less.

Arrived here on a Thursday night. The lights were out so it was hard to find at first (it's in back of a popular restaurant). Check in was easy, room was spacious, all was good!
Breakfast bar had hard boiled eggs, toast, muffins, yogurt, cereal, and more. Apples were available too.
All in all a good stay.

The front desk staff are rude and disorganized. The side entrance door can be entered without a key. We did not feel safe nor feel valued as customers. The hotel has many long term guests. Cleaning staff is very nice.

My wife and I stayed at the Stuart Quality Inn for a night in March. It was cheap, and you get what you pay for. The first room we were shown smelled of mold ( and maybe urine). The second room smelled better. The rooms come with sliding doors that are screwed shut. You won't enjoy the warm Florida air here. The bathrooms were tired and not the cleanest. Finally, the to go breakfast bag was very meager. A water, apple and cereal bar.

I stayed at this hotel a few years ago. It is still a great hotel for both the cost and location. This is a very reasonably priced hotel with large rooms, business desk, microwave, refrigerator, closet, and comfortable beds. I've stayed at several Quality Inns and this is definitely one of my favorites. I highly recommend.

I just read previous reviews and feel for the money that this hotel charges it is a fair deal...I don't complain unless there is any issues ..Been to a lot of hotels in Florida and this has been the best for this room rate. If anyone checks prices this is certainly the cheapest..Alison was very Nice today. But the General Manager,Rose Marie has been truly a blessing..The first day I called her 3-4. Times asking her questions. Never once was she rude. Thank you Rose Marie..5+ STARS

House keep never came to the room, and I asked for it. I had to go to the front desk to get towels. Phone in the room doesn't work, so if you need anything from the front desk you have to got there. PS this is a 2 floors, no elevators so if you have lot of luggage and you are on the 2nd floor you have to carry it up.
The front desk lady Debby, was very nice, she is very good with the customers, I saw her helping lots of customer's complaining, 1 person about mold in his room, she when with the customer to a new room for him to make sure is was ok, she is very good.

I stayed on business. I didn't get checked in until almost 1am, then their staff began knocking my door down early in the morning - three times prior to checkout time. The first time, I woke up and answered the door and the staff member (who didn't speak English) left as soon as she realized that the room was occupied. The second time I was awakened the very same way (around 9am), I was going to try and sleep through it and skip answering the door. However, the persistent staff member (who barely spoke English) then had a fit because I finally got up and answered the door and apparently "I" frightened HER, even though she was the one imposing on my time and space. She actually ENTERED the room while I was getting out of bed to answer the door after hoping she would give up and just leave me alone. She then sent a manager up to my room to bother me again BEFORE checkout time. When I told the manager that this was the third time I had been rudely awakened after a very late check-in, she then refused to even give me a noon checkout. HORRIFIC stay - when I checked out (on time at 11am), I told the manager I was not happy with the multiple unnecessary disturbances that morning. Her response was simply, "Fine." What an awful way to treat a paying guest who was only minding his own business.
