This review is about the unprofessional mismanagement of my attempts at reserving for the Holiday Brunch on December 25th, 2022. Starting in September, every time I phoned, I was given a different date when they would take reservations from non-guests. When I finally called on the morning of the correct date, I was told that the Circle Restaurant would call me with the available times. After waiting several hours, I called again to find out why I hadn't heard back and was assured that they would call. Four days later, I called a 7th time and was told that the brunch was fully booked, and they couldn't explain why I was led to expect a reservation but then was never contacted
Oceanfront suite with daily service including turndown. Fridge stocked with sparkling and flat water. Luxe linens. Toiletries way above par. So many trips here and it feels like home. The fitness center is outstanding and overlooks the Atlantic. The only critique of the Breakers is that yoga is not offered and it used to be if memory serves? Breakfast is served in the Circle dining room or on the beach - which we choose after working out. Staff has been there for many years, and the food is consistent especially for buffet. There are many spots around the property to find solitude - in the early mornings I find coffee in the small market and sit near the front lawn for reading and writing. Restaurants on property - all good. There is a shuttle every 5 minutes to off property shopping/restaurants, as well Tesla house cars that are generally available. Finding a spot at the adult pool can be challenging but once found is above adequate. Palm trees shade areas - balancing between sun and shade throughout the day. This stately property continues to thrive and excel - all through Covid even - and is only a short ride from PBI airport terminals.…
This is an extravagant hotel in many ways. We were hesitant to reserve based on price, but glad we did. This resort is fantastic. Stunning, breathtaking, and beautiful! Rooms are laid out nicely with lovely ocean views. The service level was off the charts. Each individual we encountered was so professional that we were shocked. We haven't seen this level of service before Covid, yet The Breakers still shine in all their glory in every way. If you need a treat, if you want a treat, book a reservation right now! You will not be disappointed.
What a fabulous staycation. The Breakers is such a phenomenal place to have a relaxing, interesting, activity optional , hospitable stay. The staff is not only the friendliest but they anticipate your needs while making you feel like a million bucks. My wife’s spa treatment was in her words “ the Best Ever”. We also enjoyed the tennis courts, cabana, fitness, pools, ocean beaches, Seafood Bar and so so much more.. all world class. Location, Location, Location..Our room overlooking the ocean was incredible and the amenities made you feel just that much more pampered… If you haven't tried a staycation.. Would whole heartedly recommend the Breakers.
Top notch service in every way. Their motto is "once you stay, you'll understand". I now understand and wish I had spent more time here. I loved the attention to detail in the room and the nice things like Norman Love chocolate on my pillow to the complimentary water in my room. I loved the pool and the services there. The ocean view is amazing. This hotel is worth it.
I have been to this hotel twice and it is my favorite hotel of all time - it is truly a vacation just being in this wonderful place. It is so elegant from the beautiful fresh flower arrangements, the historic ballrooms, relaxing alcoves with gardens and breathtaking pool and beach views. When I come to this hotel I find that I have a vacation just being here and staying put - I'm happy just relaxing and taking in the hotel amenities. If you ever have a chance to stay here take it - it is truly amazing. The main drawback is the cost - it is very expensive and we only had lunch onsite once - we did go off site for food due to the very high prices. I had also hoped to play tennis but did not do this due to cost as well. The gym was terrific though and had classes that were included in the cost of the hotel.…
Planned a 3 night stay at this beautiful magical place . I love everything about it. Why the 3 starts ? They should have disclosed that there is an active construction site right smack next to the adult pool that resonates throughout. At 975.00 per night - drilling was not part if the equation.
My student, Mara Kabaservice, in my Advanced Placement English class in Melbourne H.S., Brevard county, FL asked me if my husband, Bob, went to Cooper Union. I said yes. She said her Dad went there too and saw him in the Cooper Alumni book. Cooper was having a weekend trip to the Breakers and we all drove there together from Brevard where we owned our home: 303 Nikomas Way, Sunnyland Beach, FL and I taught AP English, Humanities and promoted to the County level as the gifted resource counselor. The Breakers is beautiful! It is right on the beach, Palm Beach with beautiful views, excellent food, service and ambiance. Go and enjoy whether for vacation, business or alumni. You will really like it.
Absolutely stunning hotel. No matter how many times I walked by the ridiculous flower arrangement in the lobby I just could not believe it was real. Service was solid (although at times at the pool they do seem overwhelmed). Food delicious and so many options. Rooms have been fairly recently updated and feel fresh. Expect them to be on the smaller side, and sometimes semi-ocean front gets you views of a rooftop with a little sliver of ocean in the background. We've been twice and will definitely return!
We stayed in the Flagler Club at the Breakers and had a wonderful time. The staff was so nice and always there to help. We had lots of wonderful meals at different restaurants on the property. We rented a cabana and enjoyed the day at the beach. The staff was always around to get drinks. There was a lot to keep us busy on the resort. The rooms were very nice and clean. Lots of great meals and snacks in the Flagler Club. A nice relaxing patio to enjoy breakfast as well as a nice lounge area on that floor. The resort has a lot of character. We would definitely go back there.
