After having an unexpected day, my favorite experience was when I cam back to my room and saw my bed made with a towel swan and flowers with additional amenities in the bathroom. The service was amazing !! Beds are so comfy and Bia Villalobos will give you the best service. I will stay here every time I come in town for work. Area is very convenient as well as food and drinks available all day.

The staff were all so friendly and helpful! Unfortunately, it's definitely not close to the parks and we didn't rent a car. The cabs we too pricey to make up for the savings. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Pool was a little cloudy so we decided not to swim. But we still had a nice stay.

I was there for several weeks at the Crowne Plaza Downtown Orlando Fl on business for several weeks. I stayed on the 6th Floor, the HouseKeeper was Marie Mojica she was the best. There was nothing I need to ask for because Marie Mojica already provided it for me before having to ask. I travel a lot for my job Maria has set a high expectation for all others. In the future if I’m ever in Orlando for Business or Leisure I will stay at the Crowne Plaza Downtown and request the 6th Floor or whatever floor Marie Mojica is on. She is the BEST, AWESOME, OUTSTANDING, STELLAR, TREMENDOUS…I can go on and on about Marie Mojica 6 Floor Housekeeping she gets all the KUDOS from me. P.S. Marie would leave Towel Animals in my room for me.

I had the pleasure of meeting some wonderful people. I meet Elvis Perez and Maria mojica, these to made my stay feel like I was at home. They both went above and beyond by always saying good morning and being so helpful. Amazing friends that both need to be stand out employees. When calling for breakfast I spoke with Bia Villalobos and she informed us of all the endless possibilities there were available to us and said to ask for her when we arrived and she would take Care of us. I’d have to say that was the most helpful waitress I’ve ever had for breakfast. Very accommodating and concerned for any extra little extra detail that would make our experience the most pleasurable. Good location, paid self parking, the breakfast buffet was good. I like windows, however, my room, and possibly none at this hotel had. Instead, there was a door with lattice, that could be unhooked and provided some daylight. The bathroom was clean.

The hotel is in a sketchy area and not a good place to go outside and walk around. It is actually difficult to get into the hotel due to construction fencing around the entire block. The room was decent, the bed was comfortable, and it was quiet for the most part. Some people need to remember to use their inside voice in the hallways, especially late at night. Dinner was decent at the hotel restaurant and breakfast was good. The room was $432 for a Sunday night due to the Electric Dance Carnival in town. This price gouging is really bad and needs to be called out.
