We stayed here for 3 nights and we loved it. Hotel is so spacious and clean. Lobby area is lovely and it’s convenient to Disney springs. Shuttle buses to parks are free and the schedule is excellent. Free coffee is available every morning which is always a bonus. Staff were so helpful especially upon check in as we arrived too early. Rooms were clean and spacious, beds so comfortable. Toiletries provided were of a high standard. The pool area is fab, again quite large and well kept and we made use of the jacuzzi every night (especially after the parks with sore legs!!) Has a lovely little bar area that provides a variety of drinks. Our only complaint was that it closed at 10pm, we feel 11pm would have been more appropriate as again coming back from parks it’s always nice to grab a cold beverage. Would recommend this hotel and would definitely return.…
First time staying at a “non Disney resort”. Nothing but positive experiences.. the rooms are a little bigger than a Moderate Disney hotel, with a spacious balcony. Housekeeping was very quick to respond to towel requests, and everyone at the hotel was extremely friendly!! The food was excellent and the drink vouchers were a bonus. The shuttle service was also terrific and so much more comfortable than Disney shuttles. This hotel is eligible for early entry at the parks, as long as you link your hotel reservation to My Disney Experience you shouldn’t have a problem. You are also eligible for 7 am genie + selection, but can not purchase ILL until the park opens, that was the only perk I noticed that was missing. The beds were comfortable, especially the sheets! It was a very short and pleasant walk to Disney Springs, did not have a single complaint! It was too cold to swim but we spent some time sitting by the pool and everything was very clean including the pool bathrooms. Can’t stress enough that every single staff interaction was great! I would definitely stay here again.…
Late night check in was efficient and friendly. The manager himself manned the coffee, tea, station and everything in the common areas was clean the next 3 mornings. They provide 2 daily ( asked for 3rd on arrival) bottle of water. Room was quiet and spacious. Comfortable beds. Restaurant, bar, to go area was efficient even if pricey. A little dissapointed pool was closed most of January but not to worry, was too chilly to swim anyway but they had made arrangements with another close hotel to use theirs if it had been warmer. Their shuttle system was fine to the parks. Location to Disney Springs can't be beat. Pros: location, cost, customer service. Cons: only one, we were on ground floor with a patio and saw some brown ants in one corner of room. Wrote it off to Florida and figured complaining about spraying chemicals was something we wanted to avoid anyway. Interior of hotel was ok, nice, though feels minimal compared to Disney resorts but again, 1/2 to 2/3rds the cost but with as good of customer service. Would stay again. …
Thank you for the exemplary service and top notch customer service! Julio and Cecilia were absolutely amazing and took care of my group with smile. Thank you Mary, Kirk, and Tay with AV! Stellar service! Angela
There are barely words to describe how wonderful our stay was at Holiday Inn Disney Springs. Everything was perfection, from check-in to check-out, and all the things in between. Our room was spotless and refreshed daily. We had a poolside view, and even though we didn’t have time to take advantage of it, it looked beautiful, and people were obviously enjoying it. Beds were very comfortable, water pressure was great. Two bottles of water, placed in our room daily, were perfect after a long day at Disney, and the two drink coupons we received when we arrived were an added bonus. Above and beyond all of this, if possible, were the staff who made all of our interactions such a pleasure. I apologize for not knowing all of their names, but there was a young lady on desk most every night when we got back who kept us in stitches while making sure we had everything we needed. I also need to give a special shout-out to Paul, who always had a smile and kind word, while giving completely stellar service. I’ll tell you what…if the world had more folks like him, not only would it run seamlessly, it would run with kindness and compassion. Last point…an easy walk of less than 10 minutes to Disney Springs. Do yourself a favor, and take advantage of this gem.…
My stay at Holiday Inn was great! The staff is great and hospitable. Real great service provided by Jaime. Will definitely stay here the next time with my family. Also loved the shuttle service, a great way to go to the theme parks.
My Uncle and I traveled to Orlando in his vehicle that visit family. On the way the whole rubber front of his vehicle dropped and was scrapping on the ground when we pulled into the hotel. We wanted to give a big thank Paul A that works here at the valet area for his patience and excellent customer service. My Uncle was very embarrassed about the incident and did not know what to do. I asked Paul if he had any rope or rubber bands we could use so we could get to the hardware store and off he went to help! Thank you Paul A. For being the angel we needed at the time and for putting the smile back on my uncle's face. You helped us turn a tragedy into a great experience and we appreciate you!!
Thankfully, we stayed using our IHG free night certificate and did not have to pay those crazy resort fees. I inquired at checkout stating we didn't even use the transportation and that the pool was closed down! She informed me that I wouldn't pay as i used my reward - but GOLLY - those some crazy costs. They even have it outlined at front desk - they charge like $15 for microwave and mini fridge in room!! hahahaha - now, come on! I wish I had taken a pic of that crazy chart. Just robbery! Roll it up in your room rate or charge for guests using or needing those services!!?? But, other Spring area hotels doing the same! We do enjoy the walkability to Disney springs from that location - but, I will think twice if staying again = esp. if not on a reward. Because add the resort fee to $20 parking and you at an extra $60 a day with tax!!! We got a nice upgrade to Tower room with balcony view of MK fireworks - unfortunately the night we stayed they started at 8:15 and we were still at dinner! Bummer. The 2 queen room was spacious and well appointed. Quiet nights sleep with good bedding. The servers at the bar are friendly. Only one valet - and poor guy was running around - not only valeting but giving out parking passes. Need at least two ppl. …
We had a wonderful experience and it was very kid friendly. We enjoyed our stay here. Jaime the manager was very helpful and kind. He gave us important information about the theme parks which was very helpful. We will be visiting place again.
We had such a wonderful time spending together as a family. We had breakfast daily and dinner at the restaurant. Kelly and Eleazer were so warm and welcoming. I am super thankful for how they were with our kids. We will be back!
