The first room that we went to was a nonsmoking room that smelt like smoke. The second room that we were moved to had random men walking around outside of the room, without any indication that they have temporary residence there. I came in the evening with my partner. A man on the balcony on the 2nd floor saw us exit our car and started walking towards the door to our room. He then went down the stairs and stood in front of our door. We then went back to our car and proceeded to the office to request another room in a different area. I also asked if there was any security. We were informed there was no security but rather a maintenance person was available. I did not see the relevance of the maintenance person to my question about security. The attendant at the desk also excused the random and awkward behavior of the men by saying they are probably construction workers. We were concerned for our safety the remainder of our time there. I would not recommend it.…
Horrible experience. Dirty, smelly, and people hanging out all over property all night long. Just gross!! Don’t stay here!!! Someone was yelling and smoking outside my room. Garbages all over flowing in halls and elevator not working.
For the money, this hotel is the best priced in the area of international drive. The rooms had the most comfiest beds I've ever stayed in. Didn't want to get out of the bed most of the mornings. There is a fridge, microwave, desk, and an ice machine on each level. The pool area was great. Pool was large and clean. Fresh towels are available at the poolside and you can relax on the sun lounges. Reception staff were helpful. Check in was done smoothly and we were able to get checked in early as our room was already ready. There was a guest service desk available at reception where we purchased tickets for the parks. We ended up saving $200 just booking through Dale instead of online and even got Volcanic Bay for free. Dale was so helpful and very friendly. Our experience there gave the hotel the extra star on this review. We also did NASA for the day and Paul, our guide, was equally as lovely. He had fantastic knowledge of the space centre. The hotel is close to restaurants and amenities. Walgreens is just across the road. Only a 15/20 min walk into the centre of international drive. The bus stop is right outside the hotel if you don't want to walk ($2 one way). It goes all the way to Orlando airport (Number 111 and 42 Lynx bus). The hotel also provides a free shuttle service to Universal Studios and Disney. There is an ihop attached to the hotel also that is open 24/7. The only thing I would say is that due to Covid they don't clean your room. You have to request the room to be clean and room service isn't great. We wanted toilet paper brought to our room and we had to ring down to reception 4 times which is ridiculous. I understand about the safety protocols with Covid but I think it's more of a case of lazyitis instead, lol. Wifi was OK. It did jump in and out every now and then and you have to keep signing in all the time which gets pretty annoying, especially when we stayed there for 10 days. If you ring reception they can sort the problem out quick enough though. All in all, I honestly think this hotel is great. Much more reasonable priced than the other hotels on international drive. I would stay here again if I were going back.…
The room was in construction or something, everything is the bathroom was falling apart and they didn't have other room for us. No place for our things, no closet, nothing, we had to place everyhing on the floor!!! jesus, what a horrible hotel room. It was HORRIBLE. I WONT EVEN GO TO THIS HOTEL AGAIN.
The location of this hotel is great if you are attending a conference at the Hyatt Regency (as I was), going to the Orange County Center, visiting Seaworld, hitting the Premiere Outlets or eating at the restaurants along I-Drive.
