Our experience at Aloft Downtown Orlando was exceptional. The attention and service from the staff exceeded our expectations. We traveled during Memorial Day holiday with our pets and the staff and hotel made our stay enjoyable. Recommend this hotel for families and business travelers alike. The location is central to the general Orlando and Winter Park areas. Easy access to I4 and the 408. Amenities at hotel are above comparable hotels and the staff will help with any recommendations for restaurants, entertainment and local establishments.

My stay at aloft was a short one but I did enjoy the amenities like the pool and market place ! My room was very cute , had multiple charger stations, beautiful large mirrors and windows, and a fresh aroma upon entry of the unit. My only complaint about the property is the lack of microwaves. Other than that , staff was kind and cordial , always willing to help. I’d like to make a personal thanks to the gentleman that checked me in Dan and Natahly Polanco for being so kind and resourceful .

ALOFT guest services was responsive and accommodating. More specifically, Ana was friendly and helpful with check in and check out. We were greeted with smiles and patience. My accommodations were spacious, clean and comfortable.

We usually stay at a different hotel when we come over to Orlando for a concert. It was booked so we tried the Aloft. Staff went out of their way to be helpful. We were greeted with a Margarita at check in (there was a big concert in town that evening) and walked by a nice bar with live music scheduled for later that evening. Room was much larger than the room we usually get in the other location, well appointed comfortable bed and sitting area. Citrus infused water and a candy station near the bar as we headed out to our concert. Everything great. Even valet parking was quick and upbeat. We will make this hotel our first choice next time we visit Orlando

Rarely do I give a 5 star review but in this case it is well deserved. Every person I interacted with had a smile on their face, was friendly & genuinely wanted to help. I did have difficulty in ordering food after scanning the QR code, so I just went downstairs to order. Food was good. Lobby was clean, bright & inviting. Room was comfortable, colorful & clean. The only thing I was not happy about was that there was no hot water for a shower. I had warm water at best. Shower was also slippery. Still a 5 star review based on everything else!

We live in Orlando, and wanted to celebrate Mothers Day with a nice dinner and a show at the Dr Phillips Center—and a night at the Aloft was the icing on the cake. We were in walking distance of our restaurant and DPAC. The hotel staff were all helpful and attentive and the rooms were spacious and clean. We couldn’t have asked for anything more.

Love the hotel! My wife and I keep coming back for the great service. Your valet company sucks though. The younger Hispanic male on second shift instead of just telling me he couldn’t find my keys wasted our time for 15 minutes causing us to miss a dinner reservation. Other than the issue with parking we enjoyed our stay like always!

Ordered food paid for it waited 1 hour 25 mins and still never got it it was just wings and fries others ordered wings 15 mins after me received there order of wings and finished eating i asked where my wings was and they said it would be a while longer said they would bring them to my room I declined said I was no longer hungry!!!!!
