The trip was great they have an amazing resort everything is included in the stay. They have mini golf, a pitch and putt, and they have an amazing pool and hot tubs, there is so much that we didn’t even have time to do it all in our time being there.

Depending on what side of the building your on determines your ability to sleep. The suites are facing the drag strip where there are a lot of street cars zipping up and down while the regular rooms are on the much quieter side. There are snacks as well as the continental breakfast which is decent but nothing is kept warm.

We have experienced Firm mattresses, but seriously......these were like sleeping on the floor! I read the reviews and not one person commented about the firmness of the mattresses. We asked to change rooms, we tried the mattress in another king (the same) and then a double and queen room (also the same). My husband and I both woke up with sore hips and backs from our short sleep of less than 2 hours throughout the night. We cancelled our second night and changed hotels because the bed was truly that bad. It was disappointing, because the hotel appeared to be really nice!

The Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress went out of their way to accommodate me and my food allergies like no other experience I have ever had. I would highly recommend the property location to both Disney World and the staff.

Staff was always available and willing to take care of your needs. The grounds are exceptional with many things to participate in (swimming, biking, golf and walking path). Very close to all of your Disney needs, as well as short jaunts to many others of the Orlando attractions

From Check-in to Check-out, we were greeted and treated with smiling customer service, cleanliness, and convenient and filling food options. This is the second time i've booked Grand Cypress and will do it again in future. First time, we got to enjoy the amenities on site, including pool and golf. Daily Fitness is important and the hotel's gym more than met my expectations. In hotel Lake House restaurant food and service is 5-star to me. LT has been our waiter on both trips. Always eager to please. Room re stocked and cleaned after getting back from a ling day. Very impressed with Grand Cypress. 10 out of 10.

Stayed here for one night and couldn’t have been more impressed with the resort. The pool area is absolutely beautiful. Very family friendly and staff very nice. Food was amazing and breakfast buffet worth the money. Will definitely stay again.

Great hotel, very clean and great food. The only bummer was at check in, front desk tried and insisted to downgrade us to a different room then what was reserved. Besides that little hiccup, stay was wonderful.

While staying at this luxurious establishment, I found a Roach crawling in the Bathroom. It costs entirely too much money for lodging to have to deal with an insect and/or pest of this nature on these premises.

Get out of the Disney crazy and enjoy this beautiful location. Property is extensive. Multiple pools, lake, kayaks, other water sports, golf, jogging path, good food and drinks! This is a gated property off main road and very quiet. Landscaping is lovely.
