Jeff and Joe at Beech are amazing, hilarious, and exemplify exceptional service! The food was excellent, the rooms were impeccable, and the Fun Zone was especially exciting. The pool is beautiful. Since this was a work trip and I had no choice in the matter, I was pleasantly surprised and pleased that it was here. My per diem won’t cover all the costs of food, but that’s what you get when you work for state government.

I'm staying at the Hilton Bonnet Creek Hotel and attending a large conference. The whole experience has greatly exceeded my expectations! My room is on par with Hilton standards; clean, comfy bed and pillows, good towels, enough lighting and electrical outlets. A bathrobe was delivered after I sent a text request. I'm only staying 3 nights so I have not needed housekeeping. The staff has been absolutely wonderful. When I arrived, the front desk was busy with a line about 10 guests deep. There was no exclusive HHonors desk (probably because of the conference). But I was checked in, informed of my diamond benefits, and on my way to my resort view room on the 16th floor in only 10 minutes. Meals are included with the conference and have been delicious. I am amazed at the efficiency they are serving 1500 people breakfast, lunch, and dinner. No one has waited in the buffet queue longer than 5 minutes! It's clear that the teams are well trained, empowered, and like their jobs as I have witnessed staff going about and beyond for special requests. It's so refreshing to see a hotel up and running just like before the pandemic. Great job Hilton Bonnet Creek team!

We absolutely loved it here, all the staff were excellent, the place was so very clean, a Disney shop on site was a big bonus for our girls, the bakery/store was very convenient with also great hard working staff and delicious cinnamon rolls, the pool was perfect, the gym had everything needed and also very clean. We stayed in a junior suite, which is 2 rooms with a gap the size of a door in between the two - but essentially a bedroom and a lounge (with pull out). My girls found the pull out comfortable and the king bed was very comfy too. The desk area was perfect for my husband who was actually working whilst we were there and it also had a small kitchen ish area - I would suggest they add a microwave to this. The bathroom was a combo tub and double sinks, it was nothing special but worked fine and the shower pressure was good. The bus service was brilliant, the coaches clean, always on time, safe, comfortable and the drivers (Erik especially) were extremely knowledgable about park timings etc. My girls and I used this service every day we were there. The car park was big and adequate and cost $30 per day. The only thing I would change is a microwave in the suite and a self laundry service, we were there for 9 nights so this would’ve been really helpful. I cannot express how amazing the customer service was at this hotel and would not hesitate to book again next year… in fact I’ve tried already but I don’t think the dates are even up yet :) Thanks for a great stay!!

We have stayed several times at this Hilton & have always enjoyed our stays. Now it is rebranded Signa & honestly the facilities are showing wear & tear as well as a deterioration of the cleanliness of the lazy River pool. Our real issue is the additional fees that easily double the hotel rate. The staff at this hotel go above & beyond, no issues there. Only one place for lunch, Beeches poolside (aside from self-serve in the cafe). Each day they were simply overwhelmed with orders and lunch delivery took over 1 1/2 hours! Food quality is outstanding but explain that wait to hangry husbands & kids. Kitchen is no longer in Beeches, hotel has runners (who were doing the best they could) from a main kitchen in the hotel, very inefficient. Weekend DJ poolside is way too loud, no peace anywhere poolside. Combine the music with the pounding of construction lakeside and it’s just overwhelming. We understand that Covid has taken a toll on all of the industry but this is a newly branded luxury hotel and it’s not off to a good start. Not sure we will return any time soon.

This was our first time staying at this hotel and to be honest, probably our last. IMO, the amenities don't equal the associated costs. While there is a ton of nice things about this resort, at $500+ per day, I'd expect better attention to detail and a little fewer rules. Pros: (1) The staff! Outstanding service from almost everyone we encountered. The staff at Beech is the absolute best! (2) The pool slide is awesome and the lazy river is sort of fun although the water could flow a bit stronger. Cons: (1) Day 1 and ready to get settle down we discover there are no sheets, pillows or blanket for the sleeper sofa. A quick call to the front desk got some sheets but the pillows never arrived. Not the end of the world, there were four on the main bed. (2) The pool is beat up and pretty dirty with leaves and trash! The pictures on the website are either old or photoshopped. And, there is so much chlorine in the water, your vision turns hazy in just a couple of minutes so the pH and chlorine are clearly off. I'd think that a resort of this size would have a Certified Pool Operator on staff to correctly balance the water chemistry. (3) You can NOT use a luggage cart here without the assistance of a Bell Hop (and a $$$ tip). Despite asking nicely 3 times, I was told no on each occasion. The attached parking garage is a decent hike from our 18th floor room so getting things to and from the car after you've checked-in without the use of a cart takes multiple trips. Not necessarily something I wanted to spend time doing when on vacation and paying $500 per day. (4) While there is a small fridge in the room, there is no microwave so, if you have leftovers from the previous night, there is no way to warm them up without having to go down to the lobby and use that micro. Just an odd thing to leave out of a room with so much space.
