My room was extremely clean and very comfortable. The staff upon check out where very friendly and welcoming and I really enjoyed my stay. I had a cocktail and dinner in Crickets bar which is connected to the hotel and the service and food/drinks were great. Hotel's Favorite
We had a week-long Training Symposium for about 160 Marines which culminated in an awards banquet. All of our needs were met with friendliness and professionalism. Every request, every problem was addressed in a timely manner and our event was a success. Having put on many of these events, I can honestly say that we have never been treated better by a hotel or its staff. As far as location? Perfect. Starbucks and Chick-fil-A in the lobby and the Florida Mall entrance from the lobby gave our attendees a plethora of food choices and leisure time shopping.

The Florida Hotel was an experience I never had at any hotel. From confusion on when we could check in-our conference instructions said from 10 AM to 1 PM. The front desk told me check in was at 4:00-after the conference started. They may have a room available after 1:30 since they were 100% booked last night. When we finally received a room key, I found the chaise had stains on it. They cleaned it and still had stains on it. I had them replace the cushion. The saddle was missing where the floor went tile to vinyl-different heights. The bathtub was not cleaned since the faucet was set for the shower. Can't clean a bathtub when water is coming from the shower head. The worst part is when maintenance told us the water in the closet was from the iron. The iron was not on the blanket which had the water. Two hours later more water. The maintenance man (different one) told us could not fix until the next morning. I went down to the front desk since they were not answering the phone. I asked for the hotel manager and Clarissa who was at the front desk said they were 100% full and could not put us into another room. I asked to be walked (which means bringing us to another hotel that was nearby). Clarissa said no. She called Sebastian to see the water in our room. Sebastian came and I asked him who he was and he answered that he was the night manager. He couldn't give me a business card. He said they would check if they could move us later (it was after 7:00). They did not know if they would have another room available the next day. I guess Sebastian nor Clarissa knew how to use a computer. At 9:38 Clarissa called saying when they had a room available the next day they would call and move us. Remember we were at a conference paid by the state of Florida and needed to be there at 7:30 AM. No call the next day, so I went to the desk and advised the woman there I was promised a change of room. The front desk clerk went on the computer and immediately found an available room. When we got to the new room, we found the toilet paper bar was missing. Another call to maintenance for the bar. The toilet paper bar was not reachable to me from the toilet seat. I guess the designer who did the room was much taller then me.…

The room and appliances were quite satisfactory. The only thing is that my coffee maker was not working. I'm impressed that the room had a microwave. The hotel is clean and the staff very attentive. I am overall impressed with the hotel and would return as soon as possible.

Beds and pillows are comfortable and staff friendly and helpful. The Floria Mall is right there for some great shopping (bring an extra bag) with Starbucks and Chick-FA-Lay right in the lobby…. There is a card on your bed that gives you a $2 coupon to Starbucks.

They charged us three times. THREE TIMES!! Twice on my card, once on my roommates card. Scammers?? Check in was a nightmare, too. No early check-ins as rooms became available. Long lines at 4pm. Very inconvenient.

Everything was perfect. Rooms well equipped for modern day travellers , staff wonderful and so helpful. location fantastic. And all walkable to mall and eateries. It’s just perfect all rounder. Pool area is decent size with hot tub area. Great gym.

The hotel is pretty good and also good for the money in the USA reality. The pool area is very nice, the gym has everything you need to exercise. The rooms are big and the beds are confortable. I recommend this for business purposes (many meeting rooms) or to to spend some time in Orlando (Disney, Shopping, Seaworld, Nba, etc). Also the staff is amazing.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel and I am excited to share my thoughts. One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional gym facilities.
