Plan a 20 min walk to the conference center. Bar area loud at times. Food good. Service good. Staff good. We walked to a majority of dinners and meetings. So nicely located. Need a bench or something between 2+ mile walk to the conference center. Maybe an oxygen bar and beverage cart. T shirt in gift shop was 50$ DOLLARS !!!!
Absolutely loved this property. Upscale, modern, clean. Rooms are fantastic. Self parking was so far and rather sketchy - my only negative. Wish there was an indoor walkway to them. Pool area is phenomenal. I stayed at the Grand Cypress Property and still prefer this one. The valet was super helpful when I could not find the latch for my rented convertible roof, he knew exactly where it was. I would not recommend this property for those with children - the Grand Cypress would be perfect. We had an enviable pool area view
Very nice hotel with plenty of amenities. Very clean. Accessible to Orange County/Orlando Convention Center. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Hotel staff is attentive and friendly. Overall, a very good experience.
I am telling everyone I talk to - they need to be with me next month when I return. There is a balance between comfortable and being treated like a person of significance. That is a good target for a hotel and a great standard to set for an overall tone of harmony and pleasure.
The room I stayed in was not updated and did not have the same amenities as colleagues in other rooms. The cost was not worth the quality of the room. The hotel did have favorable food options. There were also not many places to get food close by.
The bed was soft and comfortable, the shower was hot and relaxing...what else is there to say. If you need a gym to work out on trip, this hotel gym is impressive. Great place to stay in the Orlando area.
We had a few days at the parks with a 4 Y/O and the hotel was the perfect end to our busy days. Definitely recommend, when we decided to extend one night, the process was easy and the staff made everything very smoothly
The hotel is in great location, staff was friendly and courteous. The rooms were in good condition. Tower 2 had newer rooms than Tower 1. They have 2 pools, the main pool is huge and great for kids. Will definitely stay here again.
The hotel itself was huge and very classy. Our problems were with the parking which was expensive and very far and we needed to switch three rooms due to the first two having carpet stains which looked very unsanitary. The water hotels had been opened and luckily I noticed when I tried to drink one. The staff was very nice and helpful and the actual hotel was very nice.
Great hotel and experience. We would love to stay again at some point. The parking is a little pricey but that goes a long with the great service that's provided. This hotel is huge with everything you could want without having to leave.
