We have been coming to this hotel for over 20 years and each time we arrive it’s like coming home. The staff here are fantastic and always stop to say hello. It’s perfectly located with the Disney parks, seaworld and aquatica all a short drive away ! The restaurants near by are fantastic too and many places within walking distance of this hotel. There is also a shuttle bus for those without transport and a timetable can be collected from the front desk. Danny on the front desk is simply the best person for front of house, this hotel would not be the same without Danny and his team, they will go out of their way to make sure your stay is as enjoyable as possible. I believe the hotel has new management and a lot of changes are happening and all for the better. Live music by the pool, which makes the pool atmosphere magical and fun, everyone enjoying the music, tiki bar and chilling with friends and family. The return of managers cocktail party. Soft chairs beside the tiki bar, the hotel just gets better ! There is a cinema room showing family friendly films daily too. The pool has daily activities and the children can win tokens for the games room, Dan and Jesus are here to make the pool more fun for everyone, on the hour every hour you can play fun games. There is a kids water play area, 2 hot tubs and giant chess etc. If you are looking for a hotel in the Orlando area look no further and book this one. You will not be disappointed.…

We booked this hotel for its affordability. It’s reasonably close to Disney, and has a shuttle, but be warned the shuttle ONLY picks up at night from Epcot. That turned out to be a problem. The hotel is across the street from a Chick Fil A and attached to an Applebees. There’s a small store inside which is expensive but handy. We didn’t try the pool or tiki bar, both seemed fine if a little basic. The room needed help. The shower head leaked down the wall, flooding the floor, the toilet ran constantly making a high pitched whine forcing me to turn off the water, and the door stuck when opened or shut. It’s an adequate stay for the price, but we probably won’t stay here again.

Great return trip. We arrived on 11/26 and left 12/2. Absolute beautiful weather all week allowed unlimited visits to the hot tub and pool before and after the grueling theme park visits. As before, the room was spotless, and all public areas were clean and well appointed. Has anyone checked out the saundries shop? Packed with any and every snack a kid needs for a day trip to a park, and this shop even had umbrella strollers for those who left theirs at the airport. Disney Movies play nightly in the theatre next to the arcade, and plenty of Christmas Decorations abound. Security also is in full force at this property, something travelers shoud be comfortable with. Also was able to meet Dan the Magic Man, and we have mutual friends in the theme park industry. He's great with the activities, and I left info on repairing the splash pad or replacing it if need be.The first day i was there I was heartbroken to see both hot tubs out of service, but they were repaired the next day. Bonus to the hotel with guests with cars....10 minutes away on the Palm Parkway like a doen new resturants are open including White Castle and Maple Street Biscuit Co. And being pet friendly, my Roxy loves this place! This is the Holiday Inn under the radar for families.…

The front desk staff is ok. Hotel is clean, quite, close to all attractions in Orlando. I really want to give a shout out to our house keeping staff especially Tatiana (I hope I got the name right, it sounded like it). Tatiana was wonderful and very courteous. Many times during our stay she went out of her way to accommodate us and always with a big smile. I was on 6th floor in building G (room# between 600-615). I will stay here again just because of their house keeping staff who were all very willing to help with a big smile. Thanks again Tatiana for your mannerism. Cons: They need more shuttle trips to Disney and Universal, both in the morning and in the night.

If you are looking for a good priced hotel that has everything, look no further. This hotel tops the lot. A short drive from Disney and Seaworld etc. walking distance to shops and restaurants. A courtesy bus to the parks if needed and ample car parking if you rent a car. Danny and his wonderful, friendly team are on the front desk just waiting to help you, Alison, Brayan, Fabian, Amanda, and Dorris just to name a few, they are a fantastic bunch and so friendly, they will help you with anything you need. There is a lovely pool that’s as warm as a bath, a god send on the cold days, Dan and his helper Jesus are at the pool daily ready to play fun games with the children and they can win tokens for the games room. My housekeeper Rafaela was always so friendly and kept my room clean and fresh at all times. There is an Applebee’s next door where you can get a wonderful breakfast with Brie, such a lovely sweet young lady always has a big smile ready to greet you. Brayan at the front desk who checked me in is fantastic. He was very polite, explained the property in detail and followed up to ensure my room was comfortable and met my expectations.
