The owner was incredibly friendly and informed us of the areas events. Was knowledge about the area and gave good suggestions. Was clean and affordable as well. The owner lives on property so he was available for any need we had and the room service was prompt and polite. We will definitely visit again if we come to New Smyrna Beach. Also don't forget to try Pappas drive in kitchen across the street. Was delicious.

This is a well-kept place! The beds are good, Rick (the owner) is very friendly and helpful, the bath is very tidy, the wifi is fast, it is not noisy... Only the TV could be a little more modern.

I reserved a room online an received an email stating our room was ready at 11am - four hours before most hotels will let you check in. Rick, the owner, provided above and beyond service. I asked if I could use his hose to wash down the boat, he stated no problem. The facility has ice for a quarter, which appeared worked, but I didn't use. The beds were the best beds I have stayed in for the price / value of the motel. They were comparable to a $200 a night hotel such as a Marriott or Hilton. I will definitely be back. Thanks Rick

Great clean motel. The building is quiet old but the rooms are super clean, great new beds, adiquate bath, new big tile floors. Rick the owner is a retired Army Ranger that will go out of his way to make sure your stay is more than one would expect! He even had reserved covered parking for our motorcycles. No free breskfast, but the coffee was on @ checkout. Will be back when in the greater Daytona as area.

We have a view of hotels and such; a clean bed, a clean shower and a clean toilet makes the place. This place ticks those boxes easily, and more with a decent rate too.
The rooms are quiet, decent air con and come with a fridge and microwave if needed. A large CRT TV faces the bed, and wifi is available for free. The shower and bathroom was roomy enough, not to mention plenty of storage for clothes and the like.
The owner, Rick was friendly and accommodating, and you can see the love he has put into this place.
All in all, this place was a perfect for the two nights we stayed in New Smyrna, and if we pass through again, will be the first on our list to stay at.

20 unit facility in an older run down part of town, but it was cheap, quiet, and had comfortable beds. Ice machine was not working, room had refrig and microwave in it, and coffee available in the office. Only toiletries offered was bar soap, you'll need to bring your own shampoo.

My family and I stayed at this hotel during the very busy winter season in New Smyrna. The place was very clean, had some recent renovations done also. The owner was very nice and pleasant, gave us ideas on things to do and places to go in NSB. It is really close to everything, free Wi-Fi, free parking. There was a mini-fridge and microwave in our room also. I would definitely stay here again. This is local, veteran owned hotel!

I stayed at the Nocturne suing race week. I was very impressed with the owner and his wife. The accommodations were comfortable and clean. It’s like walking back in the 60’s with the owners making you feel as if you’ve known them forever. Great restaurants surrounding the motel. I definitely plan on staying there again.

A very involved manager, helpful and informative. Old school but very clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay again. Bonus: covered parking. The ice machine is set to fill a cooler. Quiet and reasonable.

Rick is very welcoming, and Emma very helpful.
The rooms are very clean, new beds and It's like having your own efficiency. Has a microwave and frig. Not far from beach, near great restaurants. I'll be back!
