This is NO AirBNB like you've ever experienced! First of all, there is a delicious homemade sit down BREAKFAST! Remember the last B in Bed and Breakfast! More on that later. The location is perfect to explore New Smyrna beachside. One can walk to the beach, multiple restaurants, cafes and loads of specialty shops on the avenue. Sitting on the porch with the complimentary coffee, iced tea or sangria (homemade of course!) is the perfect spot to people watch and relax or plan some shenanigans. There is a parking space for each room which is a relief knowing no hunting for street parking. Inside the Inn is just aweing (look at the video on the website). Every detail has been considered from the usual amenities to some little added ones like a charging station in the living room, umbrellas, beach chairs, beach toys, beach bike, and a welcome carafe of ice water and glasses in the room and chocolate truffles! The room was gorgeous and provided everything we needed to stay including soft towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, cotton tip swabs, a stool for us shorties and plenty of drawer space and hooks to hang coats, hats, etc. The shower was lovely and included a sanitary dispenser with shampoo, conditioner and soap. Sleeping was dreamy! The soft bed and even softer sheets with quality pillows and a ceiling fan.....hat more can anyone ask for? Francis was our host/chef when we stayed. She is upbeat, sweet and a fantastic person to be around. Breakfast can be eaten at the table with one other couple spaced out or on the porch or in your room. The table includes to hot plates built in to make your own pancakes! I enjoyed the homemade bananas foster and a few chocolate chips in mine. In addition to the fun of making pancakes, the hot breakfast dishes were wonderful! One was a homemade biscuit topped with a light and lovely sausage gravy topped with herbed scrambled eggs. A fresh fruit cup, coffee, tea, juices were also provided. All day there is fresh hot coffee, iced beverages and homemade sweets available as well. The breakfast was so filling we never had lunch! I so enjoyed our stay and wish there were more Bed and Breakfasts like this! The Inn is going to be a tough act to follow.

Nice new property in great location. You can walk to everything! Had a king room on 2nd floor (I think all but 1 room is upstairs). Room and bathroom was clean. Window faced the wall of the next building so no views but there is a shared balcony overlooking Flagler Ave in front of building. The breakfast was very nice and the staff was great. My only concern was the transient that sleeps on their bench in the parking lot. He was located right next to my vehicle. Advised staff of their visitor and recommended they remove the bench that he is probably the only person that uses it.

My son and I loved our stay at Inn on the Avenue! The Flamingo Room was bright, beautiful, spacious, and clean. I loved relaxing on the patio/balcony. The breakfasts were delicious, plentiful, and friendly. It was nice to get to know the other guests and feel like we made new friends! Shout out to Tami who went out of her way to accommodate my 6-year old son's food allergies as well.
There were so many little details I appreciated like the fresh baked cookies, rice crispy treats, and the yummy chocolate truffles. Each space I saw is decorated and detailed meticulously. The bed was really comfortable and we slept well. A lot of love is put into the inn and each guest is treated so well.
The location is perfect and it takes only about 5 minutes to walk straight to the beach. There are many good restaurants and fun shops just steps away. I like being right in the middle of town, and Inn on the Avenue accommodated perfectly.

We live only 45 minutes from New Smyrna Beach and found the Inn On The Avenue to be the perfect location for our needs - a quick and fun get away. It is located in the center of activity and we could walk wherever we wanted within a few minutes, including to great restaurants. The free parking was quite a plus.
While sitting on the veranda the traffic was at times a bit loud but only added to people watching in the atmosphere of a small beach side town. When the doors were closed at night the room was extremely quiet. The rooms are all delightfully themed, well appointed and clean.
Tammy and her staff were delightfully accommodating hosts who were ready at all times to assist us with any of our needs. We felt at home and a bit spoiled.
We highly recommend the Inn and look forward to returning.

We stayed in the Flamingo room and found it very relaxing. The bed was quite comfortable and the room was larger than I expected. We enjoyed walking to dinner and then strolling around afterwards. The inn staff was friendly, the room was clean, and we liked having a dedicated parking spot. With the convenient location you have to expect some street noise but with the room’s white noise machine to buffer the street sounds we didn’t have a problem sleeping at all. The balcony is nice although it was too chilly to use last weekend. We took a nap and missed the complimentary drink offered by the inn but appreciated that we had a labeled mason jar of sangria left on the counter for us to enjoy later.

The owner and her assistant are hard working ladies that pay extra attention to the details in every way. I did not know that my husband had spoken to the Inn and arranged for a special happy birthday surprise so nicely placed on a tray on the bed of our room. We were so happy with the location of this B&B. The main street has many of choices for lunch and/or dinner. The Inn is located a few blocks from the river (beautiful sunsets), and to the other direction a few blocks from the ocean. Location location location.
We selected the Seashell room with a balcony and it was just perfect. The balcony was enjoyed most every evening as we enjoyed wine we brought for this purpose. Nice way to end the evenings.
I cannot say enough nice things about the hospitality, the breakfast, the Inn itself, and the location. The owner is doing SO much right. We were in awe of her decorating talents throughout the Inn, and the heart she put into this lovely place. We will return for sure!

Wonderful experience. Our two nights included two wonderful breakfasts. The rooms are quaint and well-appointed with access to a relaxing balcony overlooking all the activity of Flagler Avenue. All you could ask for! Now that we found it, we plan to return frequently.

We made a quick trip over to the Inn for the weekend, it was well worth it. They have someone on property all the time to attend to your needs .Francis was a jewel! The Inn is beautiful and spotless. We stayed in the "Mermaid Suite". It is a whimsically decorated room with all the amenities of a 5 star hotel, just a bit smaller. With its jacuzzi bathtub, huge shower for two and electric fireplace you could stay in your room. The front porch is right on the main street and was great to sit in a rocking chair and watch the people go by. Breakfast was fun. you can make your own pancakes at there custom table. we were also offered eggs benedict which was fabulous! they have there own parking which made it very easy. They have a very safe and secure entry system. that makes you feel at home. Go out the front door and you are a five minute walk to the beach or you can drive down and public park on the beach! What a gem! The Inn on the Avenue is incredibly clean and well maintained. The location puts you within walking distance of shopping, restaurants, bars, and the beach. The parking is free (each guest room is assigned its own spot behind the inn so you don't have to park on busy Flagler Avenue), the rooms are clean, the beds and linens are very comfortable, and the breakfast is amazing (we were treated to eggs Benedict and creme brulee French toast). We just experienced our first visit, but it will not be the last!

It is not on the beach, but it is literally a 5 minute walk to the beach. We had a room that faced Flagler Ave and you could walk out onto the porch directly from our room, but all of the rooms are allowed to use the porch that overlooks the Avenue. We walked to the beach and back multiple times per day-it is close enough that if you forgot something in your room, you didn't mind walking back to get it.
Our prices range from $139 to $259 depending on the day of the week and room choice. We run many specials so please call or visit our website to join our monthly newsletter.
