My husband and I stayed here last weekend for a quick getaway. We were highly recommended to stay here and at the club level suites. I HIGHLY recommend staying here if you are going to Naples. The staff was AMAZING. We will definitely be back. Also we were taken special care of by Elizabeth and Frank. They were the best. They were very welcoming and helped with any of our needs.
We stayed in the Concierge building of the inn. Check in was a breeze. Our room was clean, well-appointed, and fairly large. The decor is sleek and contemporary. We thoroughly enjoyed the luscious selection of food and beverage presentations morning, noon, and evening in the Concierge lounge. They had some unique wines. The rooftop pool area looks clean and relaxing. The location is walkable to interesting shops and divine restaurants. The Gulf is at the other end of the street with limited public parking (we walked there). I would definitely stay at this hotel in their Club building again.
Second time my wife and I stayed at the Inn On Fifth on the Club Level. One of our favorite hotels and number one in Naples. Great location! Close to beach, restaurants, playhouse, park and shopping. Pool area is beautiful. Rooms spacious and well designed. Concierge level a big plus with great amenities and awesome staff. Plan on returning soon. Five stars!! R & C O'Neill
Chose to stay on the club level since we were celebrating our anniversary. So glad we did. Well worth it. Elizabeth, our concierge upon arrival was still learning but friendly and efficient. Happy hour offered several sparkling wines, several reds, several whites, top shelf liquor and beer. 2 hot appetizers rotated selection while we were there. Shrimp cocktail available every night along with another cold appetizer. Sparkling wine and tea available all day. Snacks available mid-day-chips, cookies, candy, granola bars. Breakfast consisted of fresh fruit, hard boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage, breads, muffins, cereal. Lots of choices! Our club king room was large and comfortable. All staff on club level were friendly and helpful. Spa, gym, and pool are in the main hotel across the street. Gym was small but had ample equipment. Hotel is in a great location. Walked everywhere. Hotel offers luxury transportation within a 1 mile radious. We used it 1 time. Will definately stay here next time we visit.…
Our rental car was clearly parked under a tree for two days (leaves and bird crap all over it), where something fell on the windshield, smashing it. Valet attempted to return the car to us, upon check out, without saying anything about the damage. Management was evasive, for days, before finally telling me they would NOT be taking responsibility, even though they acknowledged the damage occurred while the vehicle was in their care. Unprofessional and short sighted. It's a real shame, because the hotel is in a great location, and the rooms are acceptable for the price point, even though our view was terrible - rear of the building, facing a dumpster in a parking lot, also sitting above a hotel delivery driveway, where truck back up signals were heard early and late, the entire stay (just drew the short straw, I guess). Bottom line is, expect to be left holding the bag if anything goes wrong with your stay here. Management here clearly puts expense control and profit ahead of proper, professional customer service.…
