We booked three nights through Hotels.com as I had some gift cards to use up. Room rate was over $600 per night before taxes and a resort fee charged at checkout. Hotel is very nice, comfortable rooms and clean. Pelican Bay describes the area, you are not on a bay. The ocean is about 1.3 miles away. There are shuttles to the beach. The hotel is on a pond and there is a small pool. Here are my nitpicks that keep this from being a higher rating and largely based on the price per night. Breakfast does not include any hot foods other than an omelet station. No eggs, bacon, sausage, etc. Not even a complementary bottle of water. Large bottle in the room was $6 or you can buy a small bottle at the desk for $2. Air conditioner in the room was very loud when the compressor kicked in. When I compare these amenities to a Holiday Inn Express we stayed in for one night at 1/4 the cost: breakfast was better, free bottle of water, and a/c was very quiet. Other than check in and check out, we really did not have any contact with staff. So can't comment too much on service. Housekeeping was fine. At the end of the day, fairly expensive for what you got.

I would highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a quiet place to stay in Naples that is very close to the beach and has excellent service. The rooms were clean, we loved the pool that was actually really heated, and I recommend you stay on the side with the fountain view as it was quite peaceful. We originally planned to stay one night, but had to extend our stay two more nights. While the hotel was sold out, Maureen at the front desk bent over backwards to get us another room. Jeff at the bar was awesome also. In addition, the breakfast included an omelette station and other standard fair. The outside seating for breakfast was lovely. I was so pleasantly surprised. There are more expensive hotels in Naples and there are cheaper ones, but we were very pleased with our stay and feel very relaxed as we are at the airport heading home.

Our experience began with an easy reservation process. Then, a few days prior to our arrival we received an email from the concierge asking what they could do to enhance our stay. I called and spoke to Robert who kindly offered to email wonderful restaurant suggestions and shopping and when I mentioned we were first timers at the Inn, mentioned if sun bothered us, he would recommend lower floors and added that request to our reservation. The check in process was easy, our room was lovely with an ample seating area. The morning breakfast was terrific , indoor and patio seating was very nice. Certain days a skilled acoustic guitarist played throughout breakfast, such a lovely touch. Specialty doughnuts delivered daily, and the omelet station was so appreciated. The concierge and one of the owners assisted at breakfast and visited with guests which we appreciated. The entire staff, and the atmosphere made us feel welcome and at home. The outdoor patio area, the shuttle with chairs and towels to Vanderbilt Beach were lovely to enjoy. We will always seek out this lovely Inn when visiting the Naples area. Thank you all!!

My husband I wanted to visit Naples and we chose the Inn at Pelican Bay. The minute we arrived we were greeted by Jeff who took in our many bags. He was the first face of many people who worked to make our vacation a perfect experience. From a beautiful breakfast each morning with omelets made to order to Anna who magically clears with a smile and a song. If your lucky Anna will sing to the guitar player who plays most mornings. Everything you would hope for the Inn at Pelican Bay has. From a heated pool and hot tub , a charming bar tender named Jeff and of course complementary van service to the beach just down the road. Many thanks to Michael, Jeff and Krennar. It was so easy.Just a simple request and they would load beach chairs and umbrellas into the hotel van and take you to the beach. It is hard to step away and have a vacation these days. But when you find a place like the Inn at Pelican Bay, you can only think one thought , "I have found the perfect place in every way!" Lastly, Robert. The absolute best manager in the world. Robert completed our experience. He makes it very clear that his goal is to see that you the customer has the experience of a life time. Which we did! Many thanks Inn at Pelican Bay for treating us like family !

This upmarket hotel is a little different from others. There is no restaurant although they do serve breakfast, which is excellent. There is a bar which opens at 4pm and a small shop for juice and crisps etc. By having no restaurant, the staff are helpful in suggesting local eating places and encouraging when suggesting takeaway places. It's no problem to sit in the bar, eat your takeaway and get a drink from the bar (or your room). This makes for a very relaxed experience. The staff are excellent and make the stay very enjoyable. The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle to the beach (about a mile away) and other attractions in a 3 mile radius. The rooms are nicely appointed although not huge, and the bed is comfortable. Naples is an expensive area and this is reflected in the cost of rooms. However, if you can afford to stay in Naples, this is an attractive option.

The staff are the best! They go far out of the way to provide the best service and guest experience. Especially the beach van drivers. They made our experience so enjoyable. The location was near everything we needed for a great time and the breakfast was relaxing and perfect.

We stayed at Inn at Pelican Bay for four nights. The hotel was excellent with well appointed rooms. Our room was spotlessly clean and of a generous size. The hotel offers a complimentary breakfast, consisting of cereal, fruit, toast, made to order omelettes and eggs and pancakes, which can be taken on the patio overlooking the lake. The hotel offers a free shuttle service directly to the beach and downtown Naples. All the hotel staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. The hotel is handily situated for the beach, shops, restaurants and bars. Overall and excellent stay and I can highly recommend Inn at Pelican Bay.

Family takes us to Naples several times a year. We have tried many other hotels and found that some are loud while others are barren. Then, we found the Inn at the Pelican Bay and have stayed here since. The underlying principles upon which they operate include: elegance; personal relations; low-key; confident. These principles, plus the consistency in personnel, have kept us coming back. Robert Keane, front office director, has resolved issues for us in a most professional manner. Other front desk personnel have gone out of their way for us as well. I don't know all their names. Krenar, at the door, is very welcoming and helpful. It is good to be recognized on returning stays. Nichola, on guitar, makes the breakfast experience very uplifting. I don't know the names of the rest of the staff, but their faces are familiar and always quick with an acknowledging nod and smile. Other patrons seem to be of similar thinking and have been pleasant to strike up conversations with. The Inn is about a mile from the beach and if you want to drive, a parking garage can bring you to within a quarter mile. Jogging is great. The nearby park has a 1/2 mile loop. Take the sidewalks to Wiggins Pass (and back) for a 10K. The Inn has plenty of bicycles! Take them in to the nearby neighborhood for easy and fun rides. All in all, I highly recommend this place.

The inn is incredible. The staff are amazing- Jeff the bartender, Kenar who will shuttle you to the beach and the whole staff were professional, friendly and very organized. The breakfast with made to order omelets was a great way to start the morning, along with the different doughnuts, fruit, and more. Jeff made his own whiskey and my husband enjoyed the homemade hooch! The inn is absolutely beautiful and conveniently located to many shops, restaurants and beaches. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable. There isn’t anything negative about the inn. Great place to stay in Naples
